Good Hotel,
Our room is very quiet (but there is a wall face to our window)
Situation excellent to visit San Francisco WITHOUT a car.
Very easy to reach the hotel via BART (Public Transportation).
If you really need a car, the hotel can provide a parking but it is very expensive (25$ per night).
In fact, it is a little bit hard to find a place to park the car in the district for less than 15$ per night (the price for the parking located 2 blocks from the hotel)

We are low-maintainence budget travellers, and this hotel suited us perfectly. The rooms were very small, but clean and comfortable. There are some excellent little restaurants located within a just few blocks of this hotel...ask the staff for their recommendations. Note: Internet access is only accessible from the lobby and the first two floors of sleeping rooms. If you need internet access in your room, be sure to specify upon booking.

Small rooms, noisy (street side), very well-situated, friendly staff, good breakfast but place too small compared to the number of guests. Good prices if you reserve by advance and on web. But we reserved one more night on place one week before the needed date and the price was much more expensive (129 $ compared to 79 $).

Our room (1 queen bed) was very small, but other rooms were bigger, so I recommend to ask for big rooms, when availabe.
Brakfast was a little bit poor, coffe, tea, muffins and bread with jelly.
