Staff were very friendly and the hygiene standard of the hotel was excellent. It was in a great location as we had easy access to everything. The only downfall was the food. We only had breakfast in the hotel but i didnt like any of the hot food they had to offer.

My only problem in web-communication was that I had a virus on my system. So I could not receive your answers and I could not get hold of my password to access your site. I got at least 10 messages from you, once I had re-installed my programs in July. Sorry for creting all that trouble.

- breakfast is too early for a town like Salou
- the room was nice, special thanks to Samantha Peyro (from H10 Salou Princess) who book for us a room at the 6th floor with a view on the swimming pool. The room was very nice.

Very nice and clean hotel. Friendly deskpeople always with a smile. Only negativ thing i remember is the poor television with no remotecontroll. But what am i complening, sun every day and that is what we came for.
