The hotel is right in the heart of the interesting parts of the old city and the big bonus is that it has its own carpark under the hotel. The 2 staff we dealt with were both very pleasant and helpful There was no more noise than might be encountered in any other hotel. The room was warm and we couldn't make the a/c work but we did not mention to the staff so we can't really complain.

Booking early through Venere saved us money on this hotel. Upon arrival, the listed price was 30% higher than that which we locked in through our reservation. The front desk staff was very helpful with transportation connections (rental car drop-off sites, train/bus schedules) and town information. I wish we had stayed

Your entrance to the underground car park is extremely difficult for a large car. After a long journey I was very tired and caught the rear wing of my car on one of the turns.
I feel sure that if your receptionist had forewarned me about the narrowness, my accident could have been avoided and saved me a considerable expense. When I mentioned my accident after she then said she Knows it is very difficult.
