The website photo of the hotel is extremely misleading - it looks very palatial, when in fact the hotel itself is only a small part of the building shown. The quality of the hotel is certainly three star, there isnt a bar in the hotel and the rooms are basic although clean - this is really a budget hotel passing itself off as something very much grander - and charging for the privilege. The web photo also gives the impression that it may have a swimming pool and that it has a private beach area - it doesnt have either. Getting from Nice airport to St Raphael was expensive. A bus service does run to the resort and the train also runs straight into St Raphael although we arrived late at night when neither were operating and we had to get a taxi (160 euros - ouch!) On our return journey we caught the train to Nice (10 euros each - 1Hr travelling time)The journey was very scenic and very relaxing (much recommend the train to see places like Cannes, Antibes, st Tropez etc.)St Raphael is a lovely 'old style' holiday resort which isnt full of tourist shops selling rubbish. The beach is excellent and we would certainly go back there in the future.

Great room. Very little English spoken. We were almost the only visitors our first few days and the only issues we had were the lights in the hall were not on. Also our "sea view" was blocked by trees so we could not see it. I enjoyed the property and area though and will definitely return.
