    - The cheapest during the period I wanted to stay in Rotterdam. - Very quiet - Descently clean - I stayed at the 4th floor, in an individual, spacious, relatively new room - Other floors have shared bathrooms - Very difficult stairs, ascending too abrupt - The seets were teared apart and one towel had holes - There was no operating reception service - The water in the shower did not have pressure

    Sehr gutes Frühstück! Der Frühstücksraum ist auch sehr nett. Wir haben in einem Dreibettzimmer geschlafen, es war klein und warm. Bad und Toilette auch klein, aber noch OK. Das Haus ist wirklich alt. Aber nette Personal. Insgesamt sind wir zufrieden.

    misérable ! chambre 5 de 2*3m. valises par terre à enjamber, breakfast de 9 à 10... pour le prix d'Eden à A'dam ou Florida à Anvers! A DECOMMANDER ABSOLUMENT !!

    HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL
    By car
    From Amsterdam, The Hague, Delft, Gouda or Hook of Holland: from the motorway take the exit 13 Blijdorp and follow the signs for Delfshaven. Keep following this road. After a while you will see the canal. Keep following the canal until you will see a crossing and the Lage Erfbrug bridge. The hotel is 200 metres on the left.
    From Paris, Antwerp, Breda or Dordrecht: follow the directions for Ring Rotterdam Zuid (Beneluxtunnel). Take the exit 19 Zuidplein. Follow the directions for Zuidplein/Ahoy and then follow the signs to the Maastunnel. Coming out of the Maastunnel, stay in the right lane. When you see a petrol station on both sides turn left at the traffic light. You are then on the Rochussentraat. Straight on, the hotel is 200 metres on the right.
    From Rotterdam railway station: take tram line 4 (in direction of Schiedam). Get off at the Ruilstraat stop. Walk onto the Duyststraat and after about 250 metres, turn left. After 25 metres you will see Hotel Baan.

    Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.

    Check-in    : the rooms are available from midday to 6 p.m. Later arrivals are to be communicated.
    Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 11 a.m.
