    The hotel is rather faded and badly needs a face lift. The breakfasts were abysmal and the public areas uninspiring. Notwithstanding the no smoking signs (not marked in the bedrooms), there was a smell of smoke in the corridors and some rooms, which we found distasteful. We requested a room change because of the smell of smoke which was accommodated. Not recommended for non smokers or gourmets! Clients appear to be mostly overnight coach parties.
