My wife and I, who were starting a week's tour of Brittany, thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and the town. A comment, rather than a criticism, is that the provision of a number of additional unscheduled courses to those on the set menus, may result in the diner leaving the table feeling bloated rather than satisfied.

The service was very welcoming and friendly. My main problem was that all the rooms on te top floor had very low ceilings and were claustrophobic - due to the sloping roof. I would advise getting a room on the (European)first floor. To get adecent size room, we had to upgrade to a "suite"
