excellent stay only downside was the hotel restaurant for the evening meal however we ate in town breakfast (desayuno) was good the views from the hotel are worth the stay

The quality of the restaurant has changed. Since our last stay (we stayed there in october 2007)there is no longer a good restaurant, which we found in 2006 and 2007. Also the bar was not open til 23. It's a pity.

Very noisy hotel as room sound proofing very bad. Renovation and even mere maintenace highly recommended. Has lost most of its erstwhile charm.

Great location and fantastic view from balcony right on the edge of Ronda. Hotel park was great. The room smelled like an ash tray.

This is a wonderful old colonial hotel set in beautiful grounds with outstanding views at the top of the newer side of town. Within walking distance of everything. Staff were impeccable.

The hotel is a little way from town centre but wonderfully situated on the escarpment edge with outstanding views and lovely gardens. Easy access and plentiful parking in grounds. Real old-fashioned space and comfort. We had good breakfasts and outstanding paella for 2.

Before arriving in Ronda i read that the Parador had taken the primacy from the Reina Victoria, we, personally return it to them. Pity that we had planned to stay only one night, but experience gave us a lesson for the next time, that will come.

Beautiful setting with room balcony overlooking mountains. At the end of the town centre so very quiet. Staff were extremely helpful and even ran to pharmacy when I hurt my foot (and I didn't ask them to!). Highly recommended.

A beautiful hotel with breathtaking views, spacious rooms and beautiful surroundings. A perfect place to kick back and relax. Only a couple of minutes walk to the new town centre. Reasonably priced and easy to find. I would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful setting, nice hotel - a little old fashioned but that was part of the charm. Once hitch - they had no record of my booking with Venere!

The basic rooms are unimpressive--some fine, others not of 4 star quality. We upgraded to the suite and it was excellent. The hotel grounds and ambience are excellent.

Dramatic location with spectacular views over the valley below, very competent & welcomong staff, nice restaurant, beautifull surrondings, spacious well appointed rooms. A real touch of "Victoriana" but with up to date facilities.

The Husa Reina Victoria has a wonderful setting and grounds. The view from the hotel (and the large balcony of each room) of the gorge is spectcular. The hotel is historic and the common areas are very spacious and nice. The rooms, however, are very small and appear to be in need of upkeep and attention. We also felt the staff was not very friendly or outgoing.

We have been there for the first time and we only stayed for one night. But it was okay to see the town and the sights. The hotel is close to the city. It could also be wonderful to start excursions to the wondeful countryside around from here.
