Hotel is fine but there are no bellboys who can help you to carry the luggages. so i have keep the tips in my pocket. hotel is so far from old city center. hotel offers you a good shuttle service but you must terminate your old city trip before midnight.

Room was very clean and quiet. Courtesy bus to the train station was convenient and on schedule on every trip. We came to Rome to see the ancient ruins, the cathedrals and the wonderful artwork. We were not disappointed as we were able to visit every location we wanted to see. It was a wonderful trip and our accomadations were comfortable and convenient to all of our trips into Rome

A disappointing stay, the worst of our entire holiday in Italy.
First, the shower drain was mostly blocked so that we were forced to turn off the water except for very brief periods to avoid flooding the room.
Second, we were forced out of bed in the wee hours by BEDBUGS. Careful inspection of the linens and the floor beneath the bed revealed that we were not the first to suffer.
Third, the replacement room was less than half the size of the original room and had a blocked sink drain.
Fourth, we were refused any compensation for our inconvenience.
