Our holiday in this hotel was excellent. The only thing is, that it is far away from rom city. But there is a shuttel-service which brings you from 8:00-22:00 to the Metrostation Cinecitta (the little Hollywood from Italy). Staff was extremly friendly!!!!!!!

Charming location, wonderful breakfast, clean and pleasant room with table and chairs in small front garden. There is a good cafe/restaurant 10 min walk (back to main road, turn left)
We were very impressed by the courtesy bus which collected us from the airport and took us to the metro station in the morning. We only stayed 1 night but it was the best accommodation of the trip.

This is a newly built - just over one year old - hotel in a small "green" area about 10 k from the centre of Rome. Layout of the grounds and hotel nicely designed, the centre area has a lovely landscaped garden, most rooms look out onto it. Nice breakfast room, serving juices, cereals, cheese, cold cuts, bread rolls, cake, pies, croissants and good coffee. Parking area is separate so the accommodation area stays relatively quiet except that our room was opposite the reception and cars pulling up at odd hours should turn off their engine. We booked and paid for a triple (2 adults and one 13 year old, we got a double room with an extra bed in place of perhaps a couch. The bathroom was modern, nicely designed, great shower, and very clean as was the whole room. Outside each room was a small garden area/patio protected by a hedge for privacy - a good place to relax either before embarking on sightseeing or after returning. Rooms were nicely decorated, and since we went sightseeing each day,the size was suitable. Bed was comfortable but pillows not so comfortable and need to be changed . There is an a very nice restaurant very close recommended by the Reception, very convenient for dinner if you don't want to travel too far. The reception can arrange to take you there and pick you up but I would imagine that most people who come to this hotel arrive by their own car. We would definitely use this hotel again. Gentleman at the Reception, spoke excellent English and was very helpful.

We were pleasantly surprised by the layout of this hotel. It is a bit out of the way from the main town but there is a courtesy bus from the hotel. The rooms were spacious and very clean. I would certainly recommend this hotel if you want something a bit different.
