We stayed there only one night as we were picking up my parents at the airport the next day. The staff was awesome. We got there a little later at night and they checked us right in. The hotel has FREE SECURE parking. They handed us the access key, we opened the gate and were able to park in parking under the hotel. The elevators were a little small, but most are in Italy. The only thing I really didn't like was that we asked for a double, and received just that...two single beds pushed together. ;-) I would stay again if I could be assured that I would in fact get a REAL double bed. I snooped a little and found that there is nearly a full service kitchenette behind one of the walls over the refrigerator. Not sure why they took removed the access to it, but it would have been a nice touch. It only took us about 10 minutes drive with little traffic to get to the airport, so overall it was worth it.

Adequate hotel in a boring neighborhood, 20 minutes to Rome by bus and metro. We stayed her as it was the cheapest quad we could find, with breakfast included and free parking but it had zero personality and frazzeled staff.

When I've to go in Rome both for business or private reasons, I check firstly the internet rates of this hotel. Sometime you find very interesting rates lower then 70Euro that makes the stay at this hotel actractive.
Hotel surranding is not the best; You're not in the center of the city. However, public transports are close to the Hotel (Bus) and You can reach easily EUR or Laurentina Metro station in a few minutes. Better if you have a car.
Room are really spacious, essential, clean and quite; there is a good restaurant with fair prices. Personel is competetent. WIFI internet available only at reception/grand floor. I suggest this hotel to anybody (check Internet rates before) for any reason you have to stay in Rome.

Very nice hotel, confortable but not luxurious for a 4*. Directions are not clear at all, since the bus ride they talk about is like 15 minutes, plus the time it takes the bus to arrive. The hotel itself nice, location quite poor.

To begin, the Eur Suite Hotel was an apartment complex not too long ago. It was recently renovated into a hotel and it is for this reason alone (designated as a new hotel)that the hotel earned it's Four star rating instead of a well deserved Two. That being said, this is NOT a tourist hotel.
We chose EUR SUITE because of it's proximity to the airport for our flight out of Rome early the next morning. We stayed at the hotel for approx. 6 hours. The hotel was ample for our needs and the staff were pleasant, the rooms were surprisingly spacious and decently clean.
That is where nice ends. The corridors and elevator carpets were nasty and did not appear to have been vaccumed for days and what was that smell??? There are zero guest facilities (no pool or gym). There is a pricy bar in the lobby and breakfast was lacking compared to other 3 star hotels that I stayed at.
The hotel is located far from the city center in a rough business/multi-family neighborhood andlocating the hotel at night was a nightmare.
I will not be visiting this hotel again.

I liked this hotel and next time we come to Rome we will stay here again. It was a good value for the money probably because it was outside of the city. The location is good and is approximately halfway between the two airports. It was easy to get to the city by taking the 776 bus until the last stop at Laurentina. At Laurentina you can catch the metro into Rome. The nice hotel staff sold me two bus tickets and at the Metro station I was able to buy a 3 day tourist "B.T.I." ticket which was good for bus and metro.
I have attached a picture from the balcony of the hotel. There is an overpass over the road. The bus stop is under it.
The room was comfortable. When I arrived the temperature was perfect. The room had its own air conditioning, refrigerator, and a stand up shower.
The breakfast was adequate and the hotel staff was helpful. They can set up a taxi for you the night before leaving so you can get a fair price.

Is a very good quality/price Hotel. It's worthy for that.
There're not many options for visiting around ( and barely to eat) in the vicinity.(we went in the middle of august, every place around was closed ).
If you got you're own car is good. Public trasnport takes 45-60 min to get til downtown ( Colosseo).
Internet wifi access need to be used downstairs in the hall with prepaid cards.(5€/h) And they run out of them when we most need it :-(
The bathroom's curtain was not as clean as the rest of the room. But again is a good quality Hotel and I would come back!
If you're in transit to somewhere else and don't care about visiting the city is the best option we found.
Taxi to/from the airport (30-35€)

This hotel is not in the city center but very easy to access by bus and metro. There is a bus stop very near hotel (1 minute walk), which will take you to the metro station for a 20 minute train ride to the Collosseo stop. A bus/metro ticket can be purchased at hotel for one euro, this ticket is valid for 75 minutes and can be used on bus and metro..great deal.
Surroundings are poor,very
residential, government subsidized apartment buildings all around, very trashy and dirty. Hotel was clean tho, breakfast was good, room furnishings were somewhat worn. Rooms very spacious by Italian standards. One major complaint: Noisy group of teens arrived at midnight on a school trip. Very loud in halls, yelling, slamming doors, until 5:00 a.m.! Numerous calls to front desk did no good. Overall rating of hotel is good, but would not stay here again because of the surrounding area, and would rather stay nearer center of town.

The hotel has large rooms (small suites), the rooms are clean, the staff is kind, the breakfast is OK but I think the position is not confortable for travellers coming here for tourism (I was on a business journey with my car though) unless they do not have a car. The surroundings are not so good (large ugly residential buildings all around, and only a small pizzeria at 10 mins. walk for lunch, but the hotel has a good restaurant working in the evening). However, the overall comment is positive.

I paid like 60 bucks for a room here, it was a crazy 1 weekend day in the summer, I would have been willing to spend 150 for this place it was amazing huge rooms, amazing people. it was a loing way to commute into the city, a bus and a train but absolutely unquestionably the nicest place I stayed and for the price it was the best deal. the area its in is not that nice. and remember I am american so my idea of a 4 star hotel is a little nicer than this, but for Italy this place was very very nice. definitely recommend.

Eur room was clean and spacious. The hotel was great and cozy. Even though, the area was really ugly. It is really far from the nearest train station and really far from the turistic section. The hotel is really great according with price but I do not recommend this hotel for turists.

It's a very clean, and fabulous hotel. Our room, and the bathroom was very clean. But the area map on the website is wrong. The price/quality rate is excellent. The breakfast was delicious and more than enough.

I stayed there for just one night but the room was clean, big and comfortable. Already in Fiumicino direction, it is not very close to downtown, but a subway station is quite close and it's worth of the ratio price/quality.

Pleas, be carefull with the information available for the location of the hotel, because we thought it was near to the central station, and it was really far from the center, and not at 10 minutes from the train station.
