1) Poor quality hotel for the prices that you are paying.
2)Poor staff response to issues you have in the hotel.
3)Small room compared to what was on the web-site.
4)Movement from the kitchen area at 7 o'clock in the moring very noisey in room 612.
5)No veiw from the window only looking on to a fire escape stairs
6)Poor quality shower facilities as the shower used to go hot then cold every five seconds which made it impossible to shower, plus the shower door was broken.

Good hotel,in a great place, near Termini station, just few steps.Easy to reach by train from Fiumicino airport. The room was not too large but elegant and clean. The most important places in Rome are easy to reach.Breakfast was not too various, but good for the price that I paied.I'll come back there.

Venere price is very good. The breakfast was very poor: the food was at the lowest quality possible in Italy. Breakfast personnel not polite. Scarce maintenance. The corridor in front of my room was covered by air powder.

I was very pleased with the people who worked at the hotel. I found them to be very friendly and helpful in many ways. I also liked where we were located. We were near all the sites plus the train was so convenient.

We had booked in Champagne Palace but upon arriving they told us that the hotel was fully booked so they sent us to Champagne Palace Garden. So our review is for Champagne Palace Garden! We consider ourselves very lucky as Champagne Palace Garden appeared to us a far better hotel situated in a far better area of the city

Good value for it's location near the central station (about 5 minutes walk). The cheapest that we can find in Rome with 4-star level. Room is small but clean. Cold buffet breakfast provided. Would recommend it to all budget travellers.

The hotel is located only a few minutes away from the trainstation and subway. 20 minutes walk to the center. Area around trainstation seems to be rough. The rooms are very clean and nice, just a little bit small. Althoug we stayed in the sixth floor - it was still very loud. Compared to the other hotels offerd on the web page (for Rome) - Champagne Palace was quiet cheap.

The only blatant error the staff made was assigning us to a room that was already taken, so you could imagine our surprise when we walked in on someone in their room. The staff was good though. Location was OK, close to Termini, but far from everything else. Facility is nice and clean.

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. Easy to find and great location. Only about a 2 minute walk from the main train station. During our stay we walked everywhere and it took roughly 15 minutes to get to all the major attractions. Fantastic value for money.

On the positive side this property is very well located. The hotel is clean and new. Everything looks very nice. The breakfast is very basic but served promptly in a very attractive rooftop room. For the most part the staff is friendly and helpful. I can forgive them the fact that they lost my reservation and I needed Venere to intervene and get me into the hotel. (Thank you) I can also forgive them the closet of a room they call a single. My bathroom was bigger than my actual room. I am not kidding! I cannot forgive them for the mini-bar charge, completely ignoring the fact that my room did not have a mini-bar! (Nowhere to put one). I especially cannot forgive them for not having hot water the last three days of my stay there (in December). Brrr! The hotel made no attempt to make it up to me in any way. Next time I am in Rome I will stay elsewhere.

when i first came into the hotel the man at the front desk told me that the rate was higher than what i booked through your website. through your website i was quoted 55 uros per night for a double. after showing the man my confirmation and copy of the rate that the web site comfirmed to me, he still insisted on charging me 77 euros. i told him that this was the rate i was given on the website and he said that it was not the hotels fault and that he would need to charge me 77 euros instead of 55 euros. needless to say, i only stayed 1 night and decided to stay at another hotel.
very disappointing. i still have a copy of my confirmation sheet indicating the 55 euros that was confirmed by your company website.
sincerely,
maria gabriola
