The staff was great! Especially check in staff.
I did break my toe on the door stopper in the bathroom. You can get door stoppers that attach to the door hinge....I can't be the only person that has had an unfortunate interaction with that stopper.
Other than that ...awesome!

Easy and convenient access to the airport. Great amenities at the hotel. All well decorated, clean and in good order. The shuttle to the airport was very convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

On arrival we were not met by a porter.
The night manager was arguing with a guest that was checking out.The situation was not handled in a professional discreet manner.As a matter of fact it was quite disturbing.
We found our romm stuffy,hot due to no air conditioning.
On complaining we were told that there is no air conditioning and we should open the window.
Our window was sealed and could not be opened so after further complaint we were re located to a room with a window that could be opened.
Having the window open and located near the airport the room was noisy and unsatisfactory.
A very disappointing choice.
