The hotel was undergoing renovations, but the service was quite good. The room was spacious and very quiet, considering that it is quite near the airport. It was a little hard to find in the dark. It is a great place to stay if you are in transit or need to be at the airport in the early hours.

Construction was going on for many months prior and during our stay. Our room had not been renovated. Burns and marks on carpet which was very worn. Window let in some plane noise, and was out of alignment and took hard pushing to close after opening. Construction equipment over half of public area. Over-priced restaurant with a blah menu, with not many other choices close by. Hotel hard to find. Another Kryrad (but not a "prestige") close by and web site showed that location, not the "prestige" location.

Very poor air circulation in the room, even with maximun fan speed. Highway noise made it impossible to keep windows open to get fresh air. The room smelled of "smoking" even though offered as non- smoking room. Front desk clerk area heavy with smoking smell. Very poor quality for the rates charged (161.00 Euros).
Website shows shuttle service every 15-20 minutes, however we had to wait more than 1 hour for the shuttle to arrive evn after calling the hotel twice from CDG train terminal.

My husband said this property was just a little better than a "flea bag," but I don't think it was quite that bad. It was obviously geared to a business traveler since the room had 2 desks and even a pants presser. The bathroom was up to date and clean. The one thing that bothered me was a spot of blood on the bedspread. It felt like we were the only guests on our floor, and there were very few people even in the restaurant. The dinner in the restaurant, however, was of the highest quality. It was very difficult for a friend in a rental car to drop us off at the front door because the front drive was blocked off, making it necessary to go into the lobby and ask the one employee behind at the reception desk to raise the gate. A shuttle to the airport next morning was readily available and free, but there was no one willing to help us lift our suitcases onto the bus, and because everyone spoke French we were confused when the bus made more than one stop and no one explained where we were.

I booked a double room for one night, prior to my next morning flight. It was a very good room, with lots of amenities. The overall experience was good, although the dinner at the hotel's restaurant was somehow overpriced, also the Internet was only available through a couple of PCs at the lobby, with an hourly charge !

The Kyriad Prestige was a fine hotel for a quick airport stay in Paris. The place is nothing fancy but the service was good and the front desk very helpful! The only difficulty was the transfer service from CDG to the hotel when we arrived. I waited for the bus and couldn't figure out how to dial the hotel from the phones at the airport to tell them I had arrived. The cab ride was approximately 10 euro. There was no problem with the transfer back to the airport.

We stayed here for one night before a flight back to the U.S the next morning. We had been travelling for two weeks and were happy to arrive to a very clean and spacious room, king-size bed and large bathroom. It was very convenient for flying out of CDG the next day.
The restaurant was very expensive and nothing to write home about but it was fine.
Just be sure you realize their are 2 airport shuttles going to different terminals. They are not marked and we mistakenly got on the wrong shuttle which delayed us by 45 minutes the next day.

For the price that I paid (150 euros...without breakfast, so add 12 euros!!!), this hotel is a joke! Poor service, and even the rooms are not that clean! And the best part is: the only hotel near the airport that makes the customers pay for the shuttle to the airport! Unbelievable!
