Rivazzurra is a good place. But services and competence of employees of Artide were not. I had to stop my hollydays for personnal reasons. And it was impossible. I had to pay all the reservations, the responsable of the hotel didn't want to arrange us. The rooms were very little without bathroom. Not very cleaned. A very bad breakfast. No internet. Not a place to enjoy. unfortunately it was a very bad experience. Take care, for hotel Artide, internet and reality were very, very différent !!!

The hotel is located basically on the beach wich is good, but it is also located on al heavy trafficated road with a lot of noice 24h. There is no air condition, no savety box in the room, no fan and hardly possible to keep the windows open due to noice during night time. The room is small and the bathroom is poor.

We waited 20 min in front of the receptionist to get our key- but the quality of turist services was incerdibly poor all over Italy- so I suppose this is normal...Also, breakfast was great, but you are not allowed to sit wherever you want. If not- great report price-quality.
