This was an overnight stop to catch an early flight the following morning and was ideal for that, but not my choice for longer. I requested a sea view - and got one with no extra cost. Although mainly business clients, and out of season, it was ideal for walking into the old centre (15mins max). Parking free on the streets after Sept 30. 10 min drive from the airport. Choice of restaurants at that time of year a bit limiting, but we chose an excellent taverna nearby serving anything from homemade pizza to lobster - it was full and the service outstanding!

Il reclamo riguarda diversi aspetti:
1.La prenotazione è stata confermata ma non risultava all’hotel;
2.DURANTE LA NOTTE IL MIO COLLEGA E’ STATO VITTIMA DI UN TENTATIVO DI FURTO ATTRAVERSO LA PORTA FINESTRA DELLA CAMERA AL PRIMO PIANO;
3.Alle sue rimostranze gli è stato risposto (testuali parole): che l’hotel era assicurato, che è a norma; che non dovevano fare nulla di più di quello che è stato fatto; che se qualcuno si è introdotto in stanza è perché il collega ha lasciato la finestra aperta e che loro “non potevano controllare le finestre di tutti i clienti”. Si noti che il primo piano è completamente indifeso con un ampio tetto davanti, facilmente raggiungibile dalla strada.
4.Il direttore era irreperibile;
5.L’hotel non corrispondeva alla categoria dichiarata (4 stelle): solo il rapporto qualità prezzo era accettabile;
7. Nessuna scusa formale è stata espressa.
L‘incidente ha provocato un danno in termini di salute per il sonno perduto, di efficienza lavorativa e, a livello personale, di credibilità.

The quality of service at this hotel was excellent, the hotel staff went out of their way to be helpful and nice. Rooms were large, spacious and very welcoming. Access to the private beach, which is locatted directly in front of the hotel, was a real bonus. I would definitley recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Rimini.

Very good hotel for the price. The reception staff were very friendly and spoke English. Room was adequate and 100m from the beach front. The bar/restaurant was being refurbished and hence, closed. But it is open now and looks good. Breakfast was more than ample and is typically European. I will stay again if ever I go to Rimini.

When i arrive to the hotel, due to overbooking, i do not have room for me. Then the employee put me in a bad bad bad bad bad little hotel near to this. Seem to be the regular behaviour.

The hotel looked drab from the outside. Maybe it was because it was cold and cloudy. The room was not what I expected. It was small and the walls were very dirty, the carpet thin, and the furniture not well kept. A picture in their own brochure showed down comforters and fluffy pillows on the bed. I wonder what room this was in?? The bathroom was fine, very clean. The reception person, Victor was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. I was mainly disappointed in the room accomodation.

Excellent hotel in all - great location for the beach and near some excellent resturaunts and bars - its also only a short walk into the old town too. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Free internet access and ice cream in reception was also a nice touch! The only minor complaint I would have is the size of the rooms - the twin room was fine but the triple felt a little cramped with three people and a lot of luggage - still saying that didnt spend a great deal of time in the rooms so wasn't really an issue! Would definately stay again and the prices were excellent for the location.

Good hotel at a very reasonable price. Hotel car parking is a little steep @ 15 euro per day but it is a basebent garage off the street.
Breakfast continental style, nothing cooked on offer.
Plenty of eateries close by + the hotel restraurant.

Unbelievable price for such a well located, pretty high standard hotel. The rooms were clean and modern with sea view balconies (well at least ours did!), and the additional bonuses of air con, mini bar and a free bottle of mineral water, which was great! The breakfast buffet, which is included in the price was out of this world, with lots of choice. The location of the hotel, being on the 'lungomare', 20 metres from the seafront with a PRIVATE beach was definitely the best selling point! Will recommend to friends and family WITHOUT A DOUBT!
