Husband and wife stayed in Rimmini to access surrounding area, eg Ravenna and San Marino. Hotel did not live up to its 4 star rating. Noisey, sound carried from ajoining rooms.

Parking was advertised and requested but the car park was full on arrival and it took a long time to find a park on the busy streets. Pets are also allowed and a room close to us left their dog in the room while they went to dinner and the dog barked for an hour without stopping. The woman on the front desk was fantastic. Very helpful and enough English for us to both be happy.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel Derby and the staff were friendly on the whole. However, if you are expecting a very quiet sound proofed room, then it may not be for you.

The only problem is the bathroom with the shower in the center of the bathroom, direct on the floor!! after you get a shower the whole room is wet!!!

Very clean, comfortable, great breakfast. Nice and near beach and on a convenient bus route to the railway station.
Only problem-we had arranged a 12pm check out but were sought out at 10.30am and made to leave our room as soon as possible, you can see our agreed check out time from your own details about the reservation. When I tried to explain to the staff their english suddenly deteriorated. I would recommend others to bring a print out of any such arrangements.
