Good location, but rooms were much smaller than any other we stayed in while in Italy. Okay for a night's stay, but you wouldn't want to spend much time in the room other than to sleep at night.

Very welcoming staff--a pleasant stay except that the central air conditioning, even on all the time at maximum, was not able to cool the room down; nights were sweaty, even though the bed was directly under the A/C vent--it was actually cooler outside than in the room in the early morning, but a relentlessly barking dog made keeping the windows open impossible.

I had an enjoyable stay at the hotel which is open all year. The dining room is very pleasantly decorated and has the atmosphere of a conservatory. Despite being a long way from the town centre and the railway station (40 minutes walk away), it is very easily reached by public transport. Take the number 11 bus fom the station and alight at stop 20. The hotel is just along the road.

A customer trip brought me to this lovely city. between snow rain showers and sun this very nice town hotel was perfect for walks to Princes street and our stay in Edinburgh. I recommend this hotel, which I do not often considering I stay in hotels over 100 nights a year....., but this one is good! Try the breakfast and eat aagin only at night!!

Not a very good hotel, but that is a problem with Rimini in general. Relative to other hotels all right. Fine regarding the price/quality relationship.

Single bed room was very small. Keep windows closed due to train noise. Using the beach is free, but sun-chair and umbrella have a 11 EUR fee per day.

This was the first internet booking for my family and i must i can honestly say every thing was first class and very very enjoyable and staff of every level were so frendly and helpful we all loved every minute of ar stay and would highly recomend it to anyone
