All 125 rooms in Agla Hotel are newly renovated and spacious, featuring: balcony, direct dial phone, satellite TV, radio, fridge, tea and coffee facilities, bathroom with tub or shower and hairdryer. Most of the rooms as well as the public areas are air-conditioned.

Me and my girlfriend, 25 years of age, went to Rhodes for one week in the summer of 2007. At Agla, the service was friendly and we got a seaview without paying for it.
The hotel is an average to good 3-star one, well worth the price. The location is ok, we wanted it next to the bar street and the beach. The beach is about 50 metres from the front door, and the bar street starts about 200 metres from the door. Unfortunately the walk (about 800 metres(??)) to the old town was quite long. But in rhodes town, this might well be the best location.
Personally we are getting to old for the bar street, so we went there only twice. But if beach and nightlife is what you're looking for, this is great.
Next time I'll add 20 euro per night and end up in Blue Sky, the 4-star hotel right next door. But then you will hear the traffic next to the beach, so it might destroy your sleep.

Our Hotel was rated on Venere site as 4 stars hotel but on the site of the hotel itself it was 3 stars (and it is right). As an addition I think that existing/not-existing of air-conditioning has to be more highlighted (bold font or something like that) because I'm regular for an air-conditioning at least in the public areas
