Nice hotel, great location, friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. Must have a car to enjoy the surroundings in the countryside. Close to Siena and smaller beautiful villages with great history and places to visit.

This hotel is located in the middle of no where and the sites are fantastic. We were ther in late Sept so the pool was closed but I wish it was warm enough to enjoy because it looked beautiful. Because it is way out in the country side there are bugs and sometimes they get into the room (nothing really nasty though). The staff was very helpful setting up some tours of vineyards even with it being the hight of harvest season.

Couln't be better ! Great service, excellent food and wine. Very helpful staff. Great surroundings (ahem... by just giving high scores it may be that there's no room for us the next time we are to visit, but they we'll risk it... they deserve good scores )

Vescine è un relais che gode di un ambientazione unica nel suo genere, estremamente suggestiva. Il borgo inoltre e' un dei piu affascinanti della zona. Merita sicuramente un visita. L'enoteca propone esclusivamente vini di produzione della proprietà e di ottima qualità. Il personale in fine e' stato molto accogliente. Purtroppo a causa del periodo, non abbiamo trovato molta gente, ma il nostro soggiorno nel complesso e' stato ottimo.

This hotel was lovely, however, I found 7 different kinds of bugs in our room! The pool was supposed t obe 25 C (76F) but was much colder. The hotel offered us their buffet for dinner the first night (Sat) which was mediocre at best. We should have gone to the little restaurant at the end of their driveway but were told that it would be open on Sunday. On Sunday night, neither restaurant is open, nor is anything nearby. The hotel personnel made reservations at a restaurant in Castellina which was all right but nothing special. They were extremely helpful trying to track down our luggage from the Florence airport and did mention that it is a frequent problem. The enoteca was a pleasant setting to have a drink or after dinner drink. The setting is beautiful and they have done a nice job establishing their hotel in this little area.

Our stay was nice and the location was pretty but the photos depicted on the brochure were outdated from what the state of the property was. Teh tennis courts were damaged not sure where the horses were and the food was okay.

This is a georgeous property. Wish the pool was warmer so I could have used it. Staff was excellent with everything. Would definately recomend the Vescine to anyone.
