Very good position above the harbour, away from the excesses of the more boisterous sea front. Only take an apartment overlooking the pools in the lower portion of the complex if you have children as the 'entertainers' start around 10am, via loudspeaker. Staff are very helpful and freindly. A word of warning: If you choose to have the TV connected be sure to block channel 10 if you have young kids with you or they are going to be asking questions you might like approach in a less grafic way; there is no 'password' it just sits between two news channels.

The write up on your site was exactly what we fount in the appartment and the resort, the pictures too were almost an identical match to what we fount. We were very pleased to find this.
Unfortunatly on arrival no accomodation had been reserved for us by yourselves reguardless of the confirmation sent to us by you. Luckily for us (we were 2 women travelling by ourselves and had arrived at night) the desk manager was wonderful and managed (although full booked) to find us an apartment and still only charged us what we'd originally booked through you (a studio).
As this is the first time we've used your site, could you let me know if this type of incident is expected as the norm or was this (hopefully) a one off mistake?

The staff in the apartments are all very friendly and helpful. The facilities and entertainment are satisfactory.
We had a minor problem on arrival as we had made a booking for 2 adults and 1 child and the apartments only had a booking for 2 adults. Fortunately the room would have been the same either way and so we were not inconvenienced.
We thought your website showed that the apartments had airconditioning and they do not.
We also had one minor difficulty when the key broke in the door lock. However we found the technical staff efficient and speedy and the lock was soon repaired.

when we arrived at the hotel our room was not ready and we had to wait over an hour. Impossible to get a sunbed near the pool and people reserved the beds with towels, yet were no where to be seen, very unfair.
Also we had a few cockroaches in the room (351) and we asked three times at reception for someone to remove them nobody was sent.
excluding these factors good staff,entertainment and restaurant.
