The hotel staff were very friendly and the room was spacious and clean. The hotel surroundings left a little to be desired. We were also dissapointed at the lack of tea/coffee/ water facilities in the room. The description of the facilties described a cafe/ resturant/ bar - whoever wrote that had a good imagination. Also we had to pay in cash as the credit card machine was not working - a little inconvenient. Saying that, overall a lovely friendly hotel.

PROS: Room was very spacious, clean and serviced daily; continental breakfast was good; Edin and staff are very friendly and helpful; close to tram. CONS: No elevator and had to climb 3 flights of stairs to room with bags; only czech TV available in rooms; bar fridge in room but no basic tea/coffee making facilities provided. Overall well-priced and excellent value.

The only problem was that the payment with credit card has been out of service for almost 2 day and they accepted only cash (they didn't seem interested in re-establish the connection with the bank).

Excellent location, i would definetely recommend to anybody visiting Prague as it is conveniently located with public transport and not far from centre (only 3 tram stops) and very affordable. The rooms are huge!!!! and very clean, The owner is very friendly and helpful. Overall very satisfied.
