We are a family of 4 and asked for a quad room but receive a suite with 2 rooms, that was excellent for us, included a kitchenett (we didnt know). The only bad thing was the park because it was 2 blocks away, the zone wasnt the best in the city and the price was so expensive 21 euros/day (the more expensive we paid in our trip) and we could park in the street, but the people in hotel didnt warned us. The breakfast and room was excellent for the price.

We liked the SuiteHome Residence quite well. We stayed there in 2006 and came back in 2008. We would probably stay there again if we go back to Prague. Its location is excellent, and the suites are quite roomy. If the weather may be warm, be aware that air conditioning is an extra charge.

Biggest problem was parking. Having been told that parking was available at a cost we were sent to a car park close to the hotel where we were told that there were no places available. The second car park was fine, albeit more expensive, and some distance from the hotel. Having said that the hotel was good in every other way.

La habitación era como un apartamento. Estaba bien.

Very clean and spaceous room. The hotel is on a corner of a busy street and there is traffic noise. Air conditioning is optional, but it cooled down with the windows open, but then you have the street noise. That problem is common in most city centers. Other than the street noise we had a good stay.

Extremely spacious rooms. Cooking facilities were ok, could do with some more pots/pans, etc. Very clean and nice looking hotel. A long walk from the train station but worth the effort. Close to trams and good shopping street. Unfortunately there were road works going on and we were woken early each morning but we understand that this could happen anywhere.

Very comfortable accommodation, amazingly spacious. We booked a triple room and got a large living room (with fold-out bed) with kitchen-area, a double bedroom, ensuite toilet/shower and a spacious entrance-lobby. A double-bed was provided instead of the two singles we wanted, but they changed them over the following day, which we thought was reasonable. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The cold-buffet breakfast was very substantial.

Nice hotel. easy walking distance to prague city and main tourist sights. Room was huge and even had a kitchen. Facing main road was noisy with cars wooshing past. The front desk was friendly and the look is clean, modern and they help book the taxi to/from airport which made it an effortless trip coming home. will stay here again.

Very good place. But two minor problems limit the general evaluation. We had 2 rooms but one had no curtains so we were awaken too early in the morning. The breakfast time was busy, not enough places and most of the time (between 8 and 9.30), many things were missing (coffee, bread, ham or cheese). Moreover, the staff was helpful but not very efficient (no plate to clean the tables !!!) so people had to wait for tables in the corridor or in front of the buffet for some stuffs.

Great Value! What a surprise this hotel was at check in! We took the small lift to our third floor room and opened the door to find a large entry hall, kitchenette with all the essentials including a table and four chairs, very large living room/dining room (with table and four chairs), large bedroom with queen-size bed and generous storage options, and a large bathroom with bath/shower combo and shower doors, a bidet and hair dryer. Minimal decorative items, but GREAT space with 12 ft. ceilings. Location was excellent. A half a block from a tram stop and in between four metro stops. Breakfast was typical cold cuts, cereal, rolls and bread. And american coffee. The hotel staff also arranged a car to the airport for 530 HUF. A good deal. Lobby had a computer available with internet access for checking e-mail and the like.

The Hotel is close from the old town and it´s very close from the tram or metro lines. The reception service is excellent. The only thing that I can suggest to the administration is to make some changes in the windows because during the nights there is a lot of noise outside.

We chose this accommodation as it catered for our family of 4 in 1 apartment. It was very spacious. The quadruple room had a bedroom, bathroom and large bedroom/lounge,kitchen area. Breakfast was fine although we suggest you get there early as by 9pm some of the food had run out. The location was perfect(15min walk to Wencelas Sq).We had a fantastic stay in Prague, although the children (ages 12 and 9) found it hard work walking all day!! Would definitely stay here again and we are going to book for my parents. The one downside was that there was nowhere to leave our luggage on day of departure and had to take our cases with us all day. Somewhere to leave the luggage would have been really helpful and would have made our last day more enjoyable.

We stayed in Prague for 4 nights with our 9 year old daughter. The accommodation is really great and suited us well. I will point out that it was noisy (we were on level 1) and so we did not open the windows so it became very hot and stuffy as we had no air conditioning. The service from the staff was variable - from friendly, nice reception staff to a not so pleasant, unhelpful breakfast staff. Overall, I would recommend it based on cost, location and with plenty of room, it made it an ideal family base.

We visited in August 2007 for 5 nights - our first time in Prague. The hotel was very good - spacious suite of rooms, very clean with very good staff. Would have been nice for the kids if there was a wider choice of English speaking TV channels. The kitchen area in the main room was very good and very useful if you want to cook for the kids. On Friday and Saturday nights there was some noise from the street (drunk people) but I think this is the same in most parts of central Prague. The hotel is 10 minutes walk from the city centre and 10 minutes from the river. We would recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay there again when we return to Prague.

I booked this hotel based on the nice comments from people who has stayed with the hotel, so I went to the hotel with a high expectation. However, there are still services in that hotel that beat my expectation, such as the excellent continental breakfast (that probably among the best I had in Europe), and the professionalism of the staff, the willingness of the front desk staff to provide tourist info. All in all, my family and I had a great time there, and I will definitely stay there if I visit Prague again, and highly recommend to my friend if anyone plan to visit Prague. One other comment, I was able to book the hotel for double occupancy for 82 EUR, which is a fantastic bargain for the service and quality of the hotel, the current rate if you book now is at 159 EUR. Probably booking early in advance is the key to get a good rate...

Very spacious 1 bedroom apartment. Breakfast selection was limited and needed to be there by 9:45am otherwise they were starting to clean up. We walked everywhere from the hotel and the metro and tram are conveniently located just a few blocks. The view from our room (503?) corner unit on 5th floor was excellent. We could see the Prague Castle. The bed covers were a bit small for the bed and could have used extra pillows. Otherwise, great value overall.

ALSO THE PROPERTY WAS QUITE FAR FROM THE MAIN TOURIST ATTRACTIONS AND DUE TO THE LANGUAGE PROBLEM,USING THE PUBLIC TRANSPORT FACILITIES WAS NOT EASY.ON THE WHOLE , WE HAD A VERY GOOD HOLIDAY AND WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE REST OF THE HOTEL FACLITIES AND THE STAFF WERE EXCELLENT.WE WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN IF WE WENT AS A FAMILY BUT SPECIFY FOR A/C ROOMS IN SUMMER!

The hotel is not bad but not as spacious as we expected. The personnel doesn't inform you that there are free parkings close to the hotel even if you ask, they immediately redirect you to their own parking at 18 euros per day. Their kind of "rooms" is very special with a big living room (TV, sofa, kitchen) and a small bedroom (only a bed). This may be nice when invite a lot of friends to your room, but i think it is not that good for a couple. When you come back to your hotel in the evening, you usually prefer to watch TV from your bed than from the small and not confortable sofa from the living room. Aslo the TV had only 1 channel in english (CNN). All others (8) where in german or czek. The hotel has a good situation and is well located. As a conclusion, i would say that the price is a little bit high for what you get.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Prague (and a wonderful city it is!). Far better than a hotel and seemingly the same price, so value for money is excellent. I travelled with my wife and brother-in-law and we managed to stay in a single apartment (us sharing the main bedroom and my brother-in-law using the pull-out sofa bed in the lounge room - bathroom was easily shared, as well). So all in all this was a fabulous option for us!

Excellent value for money, staff extremely helpful & friendly, spacious quiet suite of rooms with cooking, coffee/tea making facilities; personal safe for valuables; shower-room excellent; buffet breakfast copious; lift to all floors. Hotel is 10 mins walk S of Wenceslas Sq & 30+ mins walk from Old Town so away from the hurley-burley of tourists. 5 mins from Metro & trams, including Tram 22 to Prague Castle etc. Close by a wide range of good, very reasonably priced restaurants. 25 min taxi ride (£10+ only)from airport which the hotel organised for us. We can recommend the Suite Home Residence unreservedly.

We had a great stay in this hotel, service was good, rooms were clean, (witch is very important to me) and the location was good too, near the metro and just 5 minuts walk from "the main street". I only missed a better explanation about how to get to the hotel from the metro. (Witch way we should go.) It wasnt hard to find, but it would have been easier to find if streets and buildings were mensioned on the site. I would recommend this hotel and deffinetly stay here again :) I have to say that I loved Prague too. :)

It was our 1st in Prague and therefore at the Hotel SuiteHome Residence. The hotel is ideal for couples but especially if you have children/young adults going with you. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. It is situated about 10 minutes stroll to Wenceslas Square and then only another 5 minutes to the Old Town Square. We all had a great time.Loads to see and do. Try to take the Ultimate City Tour- 6 hours about 1000Kr/person and worth every bit of it. Our guide Radek was excellent. All in all great value for money accommodation and even a very varied and tasty continental breakfast in the price.

La relación calidad-precio es muy buena. Un buen hotel, con habitaciones enormes que incluyen cocina, es más un apartamento que un hotel. Y el precio de lo mejor que encontramos en Praga. We booked two triple rooms at this property and got exactly what we expected. Place is going for a 'boutique modern' look and in many respects achieves it. Very spacious - 2 person bedroom is separate from a living/kitchen area with a comfortable sofa-bed. It's a seven to ten minute walk to Wenceslas Square, and a pleasant 15-20 minute walk to the Charles Bridge if via the Tyne Cathedral and Astronomical Tower. The part of Nove Mesto area where this hotel is located doesn't have many attractions (although the "Fred and Ginger" building is close by), but the subway and more conveniently trams 22 and 23 to Prague Castle are just across the park. Inner rooms better because you can hear traffic noise on the rooms facing Zitna St., which tends to be busy till about 9pm. Good service by friendly, good-looking (Front Desk staff can pass for Eastern European models, at least when we were there), English speaking staff.

First and foremost, the front desk staff were the absolutely terrific. Friendliest and most helpful of all hotels (five total) in our two week trip in England and Europe. The advantages : - The description made by the guests in the web site of Venere are all corrects. - I recommend this hotel, very roomy, real kitchen all equipped, living room... Not a room but a suite ! :-) - The Staff is very nice, helpful, friendly and speaks a very good english. - The hotel is really very well located. - Breakfast is really good but should be better with some hot one. - Disadvantages : Wi-FI is non-existent on the floors and thus inaccessible in the rooms in this hotel contrary to what is known as on description Available only to the first floor. The hotel counts 6 floors. To oblige to come with its own computer to the reception for reach in Wi-Fi, not very pratical. - The mattress of the bed was too old and good for change, not very worthy for a hotel of this category We will return to Prague by avoiding july and august (too many tourists). Of course we will be back at Suite Home. :-)

The quality of this hotel is excellent, everything was clean and tidy, staff was very nice. The accomodation is not only a room, but a mini-apartment, with a large kitchen-dining room: maybe the space was even more than what you really need on holiday, unless you want to stay in your room for all the time. We will come back to Prague but to go to this hotel depend on many things like, free room, price when we go, if we go with our children. Nice hotell not so far from many of Pragues attractions. We rented a flat but it was very hot in the city and not air-condition, all other things was perfect.

This was top-class. We had a suite for 2 people that included a big living room, kitchen, good sized bathroom and big bedroom. The hotel also had family room which would be excellent for those on a budget and we found the fridge very useful. Breakfast was typical cold buffet and staff very helpful. Excellent value fro under 100€ a night.

Very spacious and well furnished apartments with small kitchen. Good breakfast and friendly efficient staff. Very noisy location (main street) and no airconditioning. Wouldnt recommend for the hot summer months. Quite a long walk from the old town & attractions.

I would stay here anytime I come to Prague. There are plenty of restraunts and pubs in the area. The suite was HUGE and in great shape! Only complaint is that it is a bit of a walk to the trolleys and metro, but once there it is easy to get around the city.

Although this hotel is a little out of the way (a good 20 minute walk to the old town) it is sensational value for money. Our room ended up being a huge suite with a seperate lounge room and kitchenette which was fantastic considering the bargain price. Service was great and I would stay here again in an instant.

We only stayed overnight on the return leg of our holiday, commencing with 6 days in Prague & 6 days in vienna with a 1 day visit to Budapest. We had stayed in a Hotel Pension over the first 6 days but our experience with SuiteHome Residence was such that on future visits to Prague we would certainly try to book there. This Hotel is a short walk to either the trams or underground and has a lift. Breakfast is excellent.

First time when I use these hotel I arrived a day after I planned .I came next day early in the morning and even if I agreed to pay both nights as I asked , my room was occupied , and it take - with some comments an hour to clear it . So I understood that they took the money for that night from me and also from another customer , so take care!

The rooms were wonderful, but the bed was in dire need of replacement. Although our daughter indicated that the hide-a-bed couch was very comfortable. The staff manning the reception desk were wonderful. The breakfast was your typical cold breakfast, but good quality. The walk to the Astronomical Clock was 10-15 minutes. The hotel itself was easy to get to ONCE one knew where to go. A better map on the website would help!

We would definitely recommend the Suitehome Residence to anyone looking for an affordable stay in Prague. The rooms were fantastic - enormous and very clean and well kitted out. Very friendly staff who speak excellent English and a good breakfast, especially by continental standards. The hotel is superbly located for the Old Town, with only a 5 minute walk to Wenceslas Square. There are only a few minor negative points. The roof garden mentioned on the website is only available from one of the two executive suites on the top floor. Our room on the first floor suffered from a bit of traffic noise at night, but we didn't feel it was excessive. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on our return to this beautiful City!

Extremely good value for money - good location and a very nice hotel (Venere had the best rates for this hotel, too - I did a lot of shopping around!). Only downside was a lot of road noise - room had secondary double glazing but this didn't have much effect. It was very hot and humid during our stay, so air-con would have been nice, but at the price we paid I'm not complaining! Everything was spotlessly clean and the room(s) were nice and big, with high ceilings. Having a mini kitchen area was nice, although next time I'd take some washing up liquid from home! (there's a dishwasher, but no tablets are provided). Would definitely recommend, and looking forward to visiting again :)

Location is just right you can walk to centre in 10mts or go out the main door of hotel and turn right to hop onto trams.A good check restaurant left outside and 2nd left on right side of street near the Irish pub.The Irish pub is very lively .Overall a good clean and spacious hotel near everything.

Very pleased with our stay. Great service, nice rooms and good location, a few minutes by foot to the center of Prague. Our room was on the 5th floor and we had a beautiful view of the castle from our window.

This hotel was excellent and amazing value for money. Our spacious apartment consisted on a bedroom, sitting/kitchen area, hallway and bathroom. From our windows (on the fifth floor) we had a clear view of Prague castle but this would not be visible from all rooms. Breakfast was basic but plentiful. The staff were helpful and reception was staffed 24 hours a day. The hotel is in a commercial area of the city but it only took us 10-15 minutes to walk to the metro (either Muzeum or Mustek). To transfer to and from the airport we pre-booked the Prague Airport Shuttle (http://www.prague-airport-shuttle.com/) which we found to be excellent.

Great hotel, lovely rooms, pleasent helpful staff, great location. If you like Chinese food, there's a great wee restaurant two doors up from the hotel, which is unbeleivably cheap, with fabulous food and great wine. I travel a lot and rate this hotel very highly.

We are a couple with children aged 1, 4 and 6. Suitehome was excellent value for money and we were given a two bedroom apartment which was huge. While some of the soft furnishings are a little tired, the apartment was fine and I would recommend the hotel highly. Prague is small enough that Suitehome's location is not a problem and the supermarket, train station and tram stops were very close by. The staff were very friendly. My only suggestion to the hotel would be to put a microwave in the apartment's kitchen (which was otherwise well equipped).

Highly recommended. My wife and 2 daughters (10 & 9) stayed 3 nights. We had a large spacious living room with fold down sofa bed and kitchenette. The bedroom was also huge. Only minor complaints were that we had a bit of noise from the room above (floors are wooden) and the living room curtains were not thick enough to block out street lights. Other than that its a fantastic place to stay in Prague. Very friendly english-speaking staff.

We were very pleased with our stay at the hotel! Although we weren't as excited about our time in the city, the hotel room offered a fabulous time away! The rooms were indeed spacious, the breakfast tasty, and the front desk staff helpful. Very centrally located too! Overall: A GREAT place to stay for the money!

The accommodation is very spacious - more like an apartment than a hotel. It is very centrally located off Wensceles Square. There is a lovely pub called Rocky O'Reillys around the corner which serves excellent food with huge portions.

Situated just out of the hub of Prague but within easy walking distance. You can fight with the tourists all day then quietly walk back to your hotel to some peace and quite. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Lovely rooms, great position in Prague. We only had breakfast once, but it was adequate.Staff were very helpful, and I would advise anyone wishing to hire a taxi to contact the hotel, as it is cheaper than cedaz taxis. Plus you get the car to yourself,so no going round Prague for drop-offs.Two streets along, as you come out of the hotel to your left, turn down stepanski (?) street,go to the bottom, and you are in Wenceslas Square.Have a great time
