This is my first time to Prague and I had a very good time there. The great quality of this hotel made the trip perfect. The room was very big and clean. I liked the modern style of the room decoration and furniture. It was really a pleasant stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The location is a bit out of the city but a very easy walk into "old town", etc. It was quite nice to be in a less touristy area. There is a Tesco and shopping mall a block away, which was convienent. Breakfast was the best I've had at a hotel (included). The rooms were spacious and very well equiped.

Staff not very friendly and not very helpful, when asking questions at the front desk they acted like they didn't want to be bothered- terrible! Carpet and walls in and out of the rooms need to be cleaned. Breakfast was tasty.

no welcome drinks or free water in room for 1st day, entitled to one dvd per day free, hotel had no record and would not honour venere's promise.
staff were helpful but not overly so, happy to argue over an 8 euro a day dvd charge even though we were in an executive studio room.
overall stay was good, hotel has a great location, outside of center but convenient to public transport but don't expect anything exceptional. spa adequate but nothing special.

This hotel is great. We were upgraded at no extra cost and the staff were feiendly and helpful. The breakfast was also lovely - loads of choices even if some seemed a bit odd. Would definitely choose this hotel again.

Sleek, smart contemporary interior design and architecture - immaculately clean rooms and comfortable beds, A/C, hair dryer - excellent breakfast, VERY efficient and friendly staff,
fantastic coffee on the 5th floor!
The Andel's Hotel Prague offers the best of European and Western amenities - at incredibly reasonable prices. This was my first visit to Prague and I would stay there again! I've stayed in everything from Holiday Inns to the Grand Hotel in Paris and I would look no further for hotel accommodations in Prague in the future. VERY impressed with all aspects of this fine company's hotel. The entire staff is neatly groomed and crisply dressed in tasteful uniforms. Most of the staff can converse comfortably in English! All requests were quickly and graciously fullfilled.
Very convenient location - tram stop and tram tickets (the Relay) are literally just around the corner. Take the No. 9 to the old section of Prague.
Superior service! Superb accommodations! Definitely worth the reasonable price charged!

Abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni in agosto in modo modo molto confortevole: camere molto spaziose e belle, nessun rumore e letti comodi.
Colazione molto varia e abbandante. Vicinanza alle linee di trasporto (Metro o tram) per il centro città. Lo consiglio sicuramente per un gradevole soggiorno a Praga.

I honestly suggest this hotel to everybody. It is clean, silent, well designed and furnished, close to the center(if U like to walk it is only 20/25 minutes far from the sites).
Only make sure if U arrange a taxi with the concierge that the fares are correct..it happened to me that I was asked double the fare once. Not honest taxi drivers are very common....

Andel's Hotel and Suites was in the perfect location and we enjoyed the awesome breakfast everyday. The servers were friendly and helpful and when we checked in we were upgraded to a suite at the same price. The maid cleaned our room great, and the hotel laundry was excellent.. after spending 7 days walking around Prague. The Bathroom Tub was a welcoming site to sore feet.

I feel that this hotel represents excellent value for money as it was modern and the rooms were of a very high standard. In particular I was impressed with the modern bathroom. There was excellent choice for the breakfast buffet. The location is slightly outside the main action, but it was only a couple of stops away on the metro from the city centre. This also proved to be a nice walk.

We stayed for 3 nights - Easter 2007. It was my seconds visit to Prague and second stay at this hotel - it's just one of the best I've stayed. And it is very well situated within a modern and very attractive area of Prague. Prices are very reasonable and I think not very high. I can only recommend it, and do not have any negative points/minuses for it.

This hotel first attracted me because it is a new hotel and at a very convenient location with a mega shopping mall just 10 steps away. And when I arrived the hotel, I know all the reviews I read are genuinely true!!
We got a free upgrade to a 1-bedroom apartment (we originally booked a double bed room) and this is our first surprsie! The hotel is truly in an utmost convenient location, and a newly established shopping centre is just literally 10 seconds away. There is a 2-storey Tesco inside the shopping mall and its convenience to me is just speechless.
Though it is not right at the city centre near the Charles Bridge, don't worry it is just 2-stops away by Metro (and the Metro is really easy to access to also). If you want to do more scenic seeing, try to ride the tram No.9 and it will take you to the city centre in a short time.
The breakfast buffet was a great one too! We stayed for 5 nights and there are always new items every morning when we are at the table. We had dinner at their restaurant one night and it was unbeatable, either the food taste or the presentation and atmosphere!!
This is the hotel you would wait to go back and unwind after a day's travelling (the hotel can arrange some fantastic local tours for guests). I will surely be there when I am in Prague again. By the way, 555Euro for 5 nights, what can you say??

It's a new and modern hotel. Rooms were really confortable and clean. Breakfast was really good. All sightseeings were within walking distance. The only bad point was, that we had to pay for a parking lot at the hotel about 18€ for each 24 hours, this is really expensive! So, if you travel with bus, train oder air plane this hotel is the right for you.

A magnificent property, with first-rate facilities, as it is part of a hotel. Internet access is available at the reception counter. Everything is very clean and new. It even has plasma TVs in the loungeroom and bedroom, and a room safe, but no washing machine. The only criticism is the location. Whilst there is a shopping centre close by, and a supermarket, you need to take a train or tram to get to the city centre, which is a trip of about 15 minutes. At least both are only a few minutes' walk away.

Just one issue. The price quoted on the venere web site was 263 euro for 3 nights (very good value) but by the time the hotel changed over to czech money we ended up paying a nice bit extra. Not a major problem but a little irritating at the end of a great stay.

My wife and I stayed at Andel's and would not hesitate to suggest it to anyone and we will gladly stay here upon returns to Prague.
We received and early check in when we arrived after our overnight flight and were upgraded to the Club Floor on 5.
The staff, from front desk to maids to wait-staff in the breakfast room were all courteous and polite and always ready to assist.
The location of the hotel is slightly away from all the action, but was only a 15 minute walk from the foot of the Charles Bridge and it was nice to get away from all the action after dinner

The location was actually very close to the tram and the subway. The room was visually quite and relaxing. The bathroom was very beautifully put together. We would definitely stay at this hotel the next time we are in Prague.

The hotel itself was very nice. However I had a problem with my reservation. I booked a reservation here at Venere initially for 3 nights. I had to change it to 4 nights and the only way to do it was re-booking, so I re-booked another reservation and cancelled my initial reservation.
When I got to the hotel, they had only updated the first reservation, and thus when I canceled, they cancelled the entire reservation. I looked at Venere, and it still said I had my 2nd reservation. I was only able to stay 2 nights. The staff said they could not accomdate me. But I know they had extra rooms, but did not want to give me the lower price.
Lesson learned: Call hotel directly to update stay information.

I had booked Andel's as part of a 4 city tour of Europe. It turned out to be the best hotel I had booked although I had booked others at world famous chains. Although the hotel is situated a little outside the historic areas we found it easily accessible by tram and subway in less than 10 min. I believe I was given an upgraded room thus the room was very spacious. The hotel itself was very clean and inviting. As soon as I arrived I was given a map and info of Prague without even having to ask. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast is the only lacking area. It consists of a very minimal offering with not much variety. However for people who usually take light breakfasts like us it was not much of a problem. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague!

Excellent hotel, extensive breakfast buffet. Lovely modern room. Easy access to trams and subway. 10mins by either transportation to all major attractions. Though we had to pay to use the gym and also dvd rental (something like 10euros per movie!!)All in all, great stay in a wonderful city.

Room was excellent clean, spacious & very comfortable. Breakfast was great with a wide variety of foods available. The hotel is 3 mins from the nearest metro station from which you can exploare Prague & very close to a modern shopping centre. The one piece of advice I would offer to anyone staying at Andels is not to use the telephone in their room - I made 2 phone calls to a czech mobile & it cost me Eur30 for 8mins!!!!! I would recommend this hotel & stay there again but won't be making any phonecalls from the phone in my room.

Hotel is excellent, it's modern, clean, quiet and in a good position for public transport - you can be in the centre of old town Prague in 10 mins by metro or walk to Charles Bridge in 15 mins. The hotel does not have a gym but you can pay to visit one that is v. local. The buffet breakfast is one of the best I have come across. I can also thoroughly recommend a Mexican restaurant on Stefanikova street - 'Cantina' for those who might be interested.

We stayed at the Andel Hotel for 3 nights and had a great stay, the hotel is both modern and stylish, with lovely rooms and good staff. It's a 10min tram ride or a 25min walk from the centre, but all the better for it in my opinion. The prices are not cheap, but i would definately recommend treating yourself with a stay at the hotel.

The Hotel is a very new and modern building. The rooms are comfortable, stylish and clean. The breakfast is excellent with an offer of various food. The Jean Nouveau Building, a big shoppingcenter, a cinema and the Tram are around the corner(1 Minute walk). To the center of Prague you have to go 10 Minute by tram. Excellent choose.

At the end everything went well and we had a suite instead of a normal double, but the problem was when I called to communicate the delay of my flight it was me said that the room was cancelled because they didn't receive the credit card before 6 p.m. and it was not like this because when you reserve the room you have to give your credit card and then you receive the confirmation or not and I had it without any other advice. Except for this first inconvenience, resoluted as well, I strongly suggest this hotel
