€ ausgewiesen.

I was travelling with my wife and we find the hotel really nice. The rooms are confortable, except for the bed, which is not corresponding with the quality of the rest of the hotel . Breakfast is great. Location is not so good if want to have everything close, specially at night. Overall we had a nice stay, but perhaps next time I will considering staying in a hotel near the local spots.

The hotel is really fine. You can reach it easily from the airport by public transports (bus, metro and tramway) or by taxi. From the hotel, you can reach in only a few minutes by tramway the city center or the Prague castel by foot.
Service and information is very good given by real friendly and well trained staff.
The hotel has a very nice breakfast room, spacious rooms, well decorated and well equipped.
The only problem we had was the air-conditioning in the room: The first day, it was not working and it could not been fixed, the second night, it was working well and the third night, it was again not working. We therefore hd to open the window and suffered some noise from the street.
The surroundings of the hotel are currently not very nice. It is situated behind the Sparta stade in a range of old buildings out of an other age.
Nevertheless, the hotel can be warmly recommended for people, who are looking for a nice and friendly hotel with a good price, nice service and who want to visit the city of Prague and to enjoy the city life.

The rooms are elegant, the staff is friendly, the rooms feature air condition and a balcony (ours at least). Interior design is very nice, breakfast was fine, the coffee a bit thin though.
The hotel is situated outside the historical centre next to the stadium of Sparta Praha. All i all a very pleasant stay, good value for money!

We enjoyed the hotel very much as well as the staff with excellent English adn knowledge of Prague. The art pieces available are very good. Our dinners and breakfasts were very good. If you do not like to walk or use public transportation, the hotel is not for you. It is about 15 minutes by metro or bus. We enjoyed coming back to a quiet, clean, and pleasant place, with a nice outdoor patio (small though). The free wireless connection is another plus. We will come back!

Was with my wife on a vacation/business trip. Beautiful hotel, the staff was very friendly and totally helpful. Borowed an Internet cable, got us a taxi to the airport, answered all our questions, very good. Breakfast is very good, especially if it's nice enough to go outside on the terrace. It is a remote location, but very quiet and worth the little tram trips. We did those, sometimes 4 times a day.Once you have figured out the Prague Tram/Metro system, it's great and easy. We did however, have a few problems while at the Art Hotel. The elevator broke down every day we were there. After walking around Prague all day it was very difficult to go up 5 stories.
There was no English channels on the TV, as advertised, something about changing the antenna from analog to digital;one may ask why do that in the middle of the "tourist" season?
The one drawback is that the distances indicated on the Web sites are not right. The distance to the Sparta Tram station is exactly 408 steps which is 200 meters and not 60, it's OK to walk but not accurate. The distance to the Metro(Hradèanská) station is 1.2 KM and not 300 meters, one should take the tram at Sparta to get there! All in all great hotel, I would definitely stay there again. Hopefully they will have their little technical problems sorted out.

Art Hotel was beyond our expectations. The staff was very friendly and competent. The rooms was very good with a lot of space. We was even offered free fotball tickets ++++++. The only drawback was the surroundings, but that does not count that much, since it's possible to walk to the city center in 10 minutes. Thanks a lot for a very pleasant stay. Regards for norwegian tourists.

This is a great hotel. It is outside the city centre but is easily accessible, once you find it the first time. You can take the metro for a stop or two from the centre followed by a tram for one stop; it takes approx 15 mins from Stamovetsky. The location is nice and quiet, the rooms are very spacious with good views. The breakfast set up is very good, something for everyone. We found all the staff to be very friendly with the exception of the receptionist who checked us out when we were leaving; she got a bit shirty when we asked her to explain the layout of the bill. However, this is a small detail. It is great value for money and we would recommend a stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was very comfortable and spacious, the breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of fresh fruit, cold meat, cheese, nice bread, cereal, fried eggs, bacon and sausage, etc. I especially enjoyed the amusing photographs on the walls in the breakfast room. You can certainly walk into the city centre in about 20 minutes. The walk back is a little harder as much of it is uphill and this after having walked around the town a bit during the day. However the tram service (No 8 or 26) is very good once you know where they stop in town and in which direction to get them to return to the hotel!

A very pleasant stay. The room was very quiet and comfortable and the breakfast was good.Access from the airport is easy; bus/tram.Although a little way from the city centre the payback in peace and quiet was well worth it.It is easy to get into the city....15 minutes via a lovely park or by tram/metro.
I would be very happy to stay here again.

No complaints concerning the hotel or, where it is sited.
Although, some people may think it's a little far out.
If you're willing to walk around the corner to the tram stop, travel to the next stop and get on the Metro to the city centre then this hotel will suit you fine. It sounds like a lot of work but only takes about 15-20 minutes all in.

The Art Hotel Praha was the best hotel I stayed at on my trip (I also was in Florence and Rome). The rooms were quite spacious. It could probably accommadate two people with no problem. The bed was very comfortable as were the chairs. There was a large window in the room which was beneficial to the sunlight. The only slight downfall (if you can even call it such) is that it's outside of downtown Prague. The walk to downtown Prague, mainly Old Town Square, brings you through this beautiful park where you see people enjoying some quiet time or rollerblading, etc. The walk through the park is about 10 minutes and another 5 to Old Town Square. All the front desk people were quite helpful as well with directions and getting a taxi to the airport. The breakfast was phenomenal. You have your choice of meats, eggs, drinks, breads, fruit, vegetables, cereals, cheeses and several spreads. The dining area is decently spacious and has a sun room and patio as well. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is staying in Prague. I found that the price was reasonable for the services provided.

Very nice hotel, very pleasant. The only problem is the location, which is not so much a problem when you see the excellent public transports of the city. And for the price, it surely can't be in center Prague. Except that, very nice rooms, quiet, nice people, maybe a greater more living bar would be a plus.

We had a very pleasant stay. The only problem was to find the hotel by using public transportation (there is any info on web site about line/stop for metro and tram); once we get to the hotel we found a friendly welcoming, a clean and spacious room, a quite property well linked to the centre of town, and a .. rich breakfast.
On the overall, the expectations were fully satisfacted.

Don't be put off by the graffiti once inside the hotel is great.1O minute walk downhill thru park to city centre although perhaps a bit dodgy after dark. Plenty of trams just 2 minutes away. Rooms are really good as is the Buffet Breakfast

Art Hotel Praha is a true 4-star hotel. The rooms are very luxurious and HUGE. I stayed in a standard double room and the room was the largest hotel room I've ever stayed in. The bed was also the most comfortable of any I slept in in Europe. The bathroom and quality and cleanliness of the rooms was superb. The location is right next to a quiet park, and it took me about 10 minutes to walk into the center of Prague. You could also hop on a tram just around the corner from the hotel if you don't want to walk. In summary, this was the nicest hotel I stayed at in my 8-country trip through Europe (especially considering the low price), and I highly, highly, recommend it.

The standard of service was very high, rooms spacious, clean and well appointed. Staff were very friendly and professional. The location of the hotel was good. The only major critism was that the map provided was poor and we had difficulty locating the hotel; perhaps directions from the airport and centre would be helpful.
