We had a pleasant stay at the Bellevue. The rooms are quite noisy as there are tile floors and you can hear other guests moving chairs in their rooms. We stayed in a Studio apartment which was spacious and included a decent kitchenette -- more than we were expecting for the price. The weather was marginal during our stay, so we didn't have the opportunity to enjoy many of the facilities.
