The map is wrong, Cala San Vincent is not so near to Alcudia (1 hour by bus). My venere.com reservation didn't result on their computer on arrival and the final price didn't included the spanish tax. The beach near is very little and not so beautiful and bus transports are only from 10am to 18pm every 2-3 hours so without a car is not easy to move around. The half board and breakfast is decent but not so special. I suggest this accomodation for 1-2 nights only, even if Porto Pollenca is better (for life, not for beaches). I suggest the Cape Formentor beach (very beautiful!!).

Yo feel very comfortable. Good service. Surroundings nice and quite. Good place if you know the area; not very much to do apart to go to the beach and have good dinner/meals in the restaurants. Good views.

Please note that the Hotel Simar in Cala San Vicente, and the Hotel Cala Figuera in Cala Figuera, both booked through your agency, said they had no record of either booking. We were fortunate to be able to still stay there as they had rooms available. Would you please investigate how this happened and advise me as to how I could be confident in the future that your booking swervice actually works

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations cancelled within 7 days from the arrival date the 100% of the first night will be charged. For noshows bookings the 100% of the accomodation will be charged. Children from 0 to 2 stay free in parent's room. Rates include all city taxes.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 8 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
