When the hotel is not at full occupancy, the pool area feels very spacious and lovely. On our last day, the hotel became a lot more crowded due to British half term. We were surprised to find we could not find a free sunlounge at 10am, as they had all been reserved by other guests with towels and books, although very few were actually occupied.
Buffet dinner was disappointing, much like a cafeteria. Although we had paid for half-board we preferred to dine outside of the hotel rather than have the dinner buffet.
Breakfast was very good.
It is not very enjoyable for young couples, as most of the guests are families with young children or over 50s.

This was our first visit to this hotel.We enjoyed
our stay tremendously.The location,the spacious gardens,the pool areas & availability of sun beds
were all excelent.Food and service was exceptionally good.initially we had a noisy room
but were soon moved to another one + bottle of Champagne as an apology.

One of the best holidays in my life !
Excellent hotel (nice, comfortable, easy to live in and the real best quality/price ratio I ever experienced !) and Playa Blanca is the good choice if you decide to visit Lanzarote : very beautiful village type area, relaxed atmosphere, fabulous Papagayo beaches, direct ferries to Fuerteventura...
For the sake of improvement I shall speak only of the small negative points in this really wonderful hotel stay :
1) contrary to what is stated on the web site there was not any welcome service at the airport : you are left alone and must find a taxi and pay 45 euros...
2) the hotel does not offer any possibility to connect your computer to the internet to get your E-mails, whichi I believe is strange for a 4 star hotel.

Exactly whay I expected for the price and quality of the hotel. In the past, I have stayed ay the Princess Yaiza. In future visits I will stay here. There is a nice, clean beach very close by and it is quieter and more relaxing than the promenade and beach near to the Yaiza
