One desk girl told me the check out at 11 a.m and I told her I need to stay until 12, and she was rude and said to me she need the room for other guest, then my friend ask for the same and she told him 12 p.m...Why the difference??? I booked for two rooms with seaview, well we got two rooms in two different floors and the sea view almost imposible.
