First of all I would like to note that I have estimated Grupotel Port D'Alcudia since Amapola was overbooked on our arrival and we were re-directed to Port D'Alcudia. However, we do not regreat about this. The price was the same and the room was much better (appartment). As to the price: we would like to ask Venere.com to add the options "with/without children" and the age of children. The price for double room for 2 adults in Amapola confirmed by Venere.com turned out to be different from the price for double room for 2 adults with 4-years chield.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
