    METHODS OF PAYMENT
    Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
     
    CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
    Check-in:     the rooms are available after 1 p.m.
    Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than noon.

    INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
    Parking is not included in the price and costs €9,00 per day from March 24 to June 20; from June 24 to June 27; from August 31 to September 10; and from September 14 to October 31. The rest of the year the price is €11,50 per day.
    Use of in-room safe is not included in the price and costs €3,25 per night.
    Baby cots are included in the price.
    Pets are welcome at an additional charge. More information on request.

    CANCELLATION POLICY
    Reservations cancelled up to fifteen days prior to the date of arrival will carry no additional cost. Should a cancellation be made within the period of from fifteen days up to 48 hours prior to the date of arrival, the first night will be charged. This clause will be applicable to the Easter, Public Holiday and Christmas periods and from 1st July to 30th September. And when cancellations are made within 48 hours prior to the date of arrival, the first night will be charged
    You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 15 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
