Staff were welcoming and efficient. Pleasant stay in clean hotel in good resort. It would have been good to have a wider variety of seasonal fruit at breakfast.

There was one strange thing: the price agreed on my online booking did not match with the price they asked. I booked the hotel for €355,- and they asked €399,- only after showing them my booking form they changed the price.

The hotel clearly needs some money spending on it (this appears to be in progress). The pool and garden area was not very inviting because the bar was permanently closed and in need of decoration / refurbishment. The staff were courteous and helpful.

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel.
