We had booked for 2 nights coming and going. The first night was very noisy not from traffic but sounded as if all the furniture was being moved around. Scrapings and grindings. On our return we had a different room which was ok. Pleasant breakfast room and decent buffet breakfast. Not a good area but at least near the station.

The hotel is very convienent to the train station, it is a little bit of a walk to the main part of town, and is exactly the opposite side of town from the tower. We were in a second floor room, and it was a lot of noise from the street.

the hotel is very convenient for the train station, and also buses for the airport, the hotel was modern spacious and clean, the only disappointment was the breakfast,I expected a selection of cold meat, cheese, maybe a boiled egg,all there was were cakes and sweet things.

We only stayed in Pisa for one night, which was a good choice in the end. The hotel room was all as listed except our room stunk like someone's sweaty socks. On our check out the gentleman at reception hardly said a word to us and was rather cold. We had everything we needed otherwise and it was very close to the train station.

As a mid priced hotel, we found the accommodation as excellent. The concierge recommended 2 restaurants in the area, the one opposite being excellent. Location was excellent 15-20 min walk to to leaning tower, 2 min walk to train station, 5 min taxi from airport. Only hour from Florence.

The hotel is very near from the train station and aeroport, so it is aproppiare for people who travel to Florence and only are going to stay in Pisa one day.
The breakfast is good and the room is clean. The price is not high in comparison with the others Pisa hotels.

There was 1 (one) lamp in the room, i.e. the table lamp, and it was virtually impossible to read at night, certainly not in bed, because it was so dark. My single room was extremly narrow. It was just not a 3-star-level hotel, despite the clean environment and the friendly personnel.

Our best recommendation: DO NOT MISS THE BREAKFAST, by far the best we have ever eaten in Italy. Note, that the breakfast closes already at 0930, even in weekends. The restaurant across the street is also recommendable with huge portions and low prices. Try e.g. the bisteca.
The hotel itself - well, it has a convenient location for travellers, but all main sights are at least 10 min away by foot. The hotel is also located in a quite rough area, not a place to bring small children.

we only stayed one night and breakfast on our way to Florence because our plane had to arrive very late at night and had the great chance to see Pisa on the following morning. It was excellent to visit Pisa and the hotel was quite acceptable. We

The best point about this hotel is the proximity to the railway. Although, the area around railway station is not a nice place to be after dark. If you must stay here, plan to get here during daylight. This hotel is woefully overpriced. We paid 105 EUR for a triple room. A more realistic price might have been 60 EUR. We were only scheduled to stay 1 night and if it had of been more than this, we would have checked out and gone somewhere else after our first night anyway. This is advertised as a 3 star hotel, which is very generous in my opinion and makes a mockery of the star rating system. The decor was seriously outdated and there a lot of flaking paint in the room. Despite no smoking signs being evident everywhere, the room absolutely stank of cigarette smoke, which is not what you want from a family room. The bathroom was tiny, more akin to Tokyo than Italy. You had to back onto the toilet! The breakfast was included in the price but was very poor in terms of selection and quality. The street outside was very noisy (although it was a City location). Many of the TV channels were not tuned properly. There is only one small lift and there seems to be no provision for wheelchair access at the front entrance. We saw two different reception staff - one of whom was very pleasant, whilst the other was very impolite and ignored me for several minutes before resigning himself to the fact that I wasn't going to go away. I didn't bother complaining about the room smelling of smoke, as I honestly believe that I would have gotten a shoulder shrug and eyebrow raise in response. We have visited Italy many times and we have found the hotels in Milan and Pisa to be the worst quality and value by far. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, nor would I stay here again.

We think this hotel is perfect for travellers who want to stay for one night only or for people who need a "basecamp" while visiting Pisa and the cities nearby (Siena, Florence), since the hotel is only 2 minutes away from the central train station.

We find the hotel very good. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom with hair-dryer. If you look for something near the train station, buses and airport is the perfect place. Although you want to stay near the Pisa Tower, this hotel has very near the pink line buses that will drive you to that area. It's not very far from the city-center, well Pisa is not a very big city.

A lovely hotel near the train station, ideal as we we travelled from Rome for an overnight stay to visit Pisa. The room was a good size and clean. Breakfast was very basic but for the price of the room, who cares!

Hotel "Terminus & Plaza" is very good located close to the railway station. The staff is helpfull, quick and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would like to come back one day.
The little restaurant "Scaccianocci" two steps from the hotetl serves very tasty food in a no-nonsense atmosphere.

Only overnight stay - left too early for breakfast. Good for access to trains and airport and excellent taxi service - arrived at 4.30 am within 2 minutes of call. Receptionist on arrival a bit brusque and impersonal; night-time receptionist much more friendly and helpful.

Checking out assistance was not acceptable. We could not get a receipt for the amount paid in cash. Some kind of internal error with invoices/receipts made the receptionist irritated and offensive.
The lady in the breakfast room was not very friendly to new guests who were not familiar with the facilities.

Stayed one night. Staff very helpgull advising where to park car as ther is no off street parking and Pisa was FULL. Breakfast was ok if you like cake and croissants. No ham or cheese. Cappucino was good.

The hotel has a corporate feel, albeit in need of a make-over, and is fine for a final night stay before leaving from Pisa airport, but I definately would not recommend it for any longer.
The location is excellent for the train station, making it about a 25 minute walk to the leaning tower. Staff a bit rude, rooms in need of some soundproofing, although outside noise was not a factor even though our room faced the road. Our room was small and don't expect much from the 'satellite' tv, odd to mention it I know, but Pisa is probably the only place in Italy you are likely to use it - not much there!
By far the poorest of the three hotels we stayed in.

Desayuno correcto.

An overnight stay for two very close to the station and easy to find. Had to close the windows to keep noise level down at night. No air con. An excellent breakfast (self service) with lots of choice. Leaning tower etc. a 15 min walk. A good base for sight seeing.

We were charged E 90 for one night. For that rate, we expected the hotel to be good. Rooms were old, no battery in tv remote , receptionist said he was the only staff so couldn't come up to check on tv, room smelled old (smply?). We stayed in much cheaper places around Italy but they were well-run and a lot more charming. The hotel would've been ok for one night but not for that amount. Shouldn't have cost more than E 60,00

We stayed a night in Pisa, simply to see the Tower. For this purpose the hotel was perfectly adequate. About a 10 minute walk to the main precinct. Parking is not available at the hotel and you must use the surrounding public on-street parking. This is safe, but adds 10 Euros per day and you must beware of the pretty keen parking attendants.
