A few hundred metres from the beach, private beach - very expensive, € 25 per day! Great, local bakery nearby, city center 5-10min walk. Minibar availible at additional cost. Seems to be a hotel for families with small children and elderly people.

I stayed only one night in Mondial, so I cannot make specific comments. Hotel position perfect for travellers (5 minutes from motorway) but in a quiet position (not on the beach major road). Single room ok (space and bathroom) with balcony. Continental buffet breakfast with choice of some salty dishes.

The hotel is located in quiet but not nice surrondings and fairly close to the sea. Rooms are old fashioned and bathrooms are narrow and uncomfortable. Regarding to the time of our stay (in the middle of october) the ratio price/quality seems quite high.

Cracking hotel, food excellent, though not for the fish & chip or roast beef & yorkshire pud brigade, its a sort of fusion of German, French and Italian cuisine, but absolutely delicious. Fantastic view if you ask for a top floor sea view, all the staff are friendly and most have okay english skills. Not advertised on the Venere site, but you can hire cycles, from the hotel, and the surrounding area is pretty flat, with plenty of cycle lanes, around town, also not advertised, you can get access to the internet in the reception area. Euro for Euro, a great value hotel, highly recommended.

This is a really nice hotel and the views are amazing. The majority of residents are elderly or German. The staff are very friendly. The whole area is nice, although it helps to speak German as they tend to give you menus etc in that language rather than English.
