The property offers its single and double rooms, family suites hosting up to 4 persons as well as an apartment for 2 persons.
The rooms and suites feature air-conditioned and soundproofed, and have a private bathroom with bathtub or shower and hairdryer. Other amenities include queen size beds (king size in the suites), telephone, LCD satellite TV (Canal+ and Canalsat channels), free ADSL Internet connection.
The family suites are furthermore equipped with a minibar, a safe and a dressing.
The apartment features the same amenities as the suites', plus a private patio with a fountain.
Baby cots and rooms designed to welcome disabled guests are available as well.

The Kyriad is the best reasonably priced hotel in Perpignan. Modern fittings and good sized rooms.

A clean great hotel at the center of Perpignan. The room may not be too spacious but adequate for the price paid. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Nice water pressure in the shower and lovely hot water. The only little issue is that the bed is not that comfortable because it needs a pad between the mattress and the linens. I would return.

Was very disappointed in having to ask for side door access, to have this door unlocked when I wished to enter or leave the hotel, that even the side door had a step, that the room was poor and the service poor too - all this after the promise of a hotel and room aceesible for a wheelchair user. I felt like a prisoner and having paid a fairly high rate was very unhappy and would not choose a Kyriad again. This was not entirely our experience at the Dijon Kyriad but not much better there and the bed was the smallest double we have ever encountered - again, we would never choose Kyriad ever again

We had booked a triple-bedded room and the gave us an appartment (more expensive) when the WC didn't work. Besides, the cleanliness of the room was horrible. We could not stand the smell into the room. They said that there was no solution for us, so we had to leave the hotel and looking for another one.They also said that they didn't have complaint forms, and we had to call the police to get one. A horrible experience!!
