The hotel proposes very large rooms but the furnitures are very old. Very noisy (notably seagulls).

We stayed at the hotel twice, on our way to/from our destination. First we were given one enormously spacious room,on the old wing of the hotel 1st floor, with 2 bedrooms, very high ceiling, overlooking the beachfront. The Second time we were given a single 4 beds room overlooking the back- parking lot, modern newer wing 2nd floor. Both times we were satisfied, breakfast was OK, nothing special. Big advantage is the hotel parking lot. A small traditional pizzeria at the left hand side of the hotel-entrance to the parking lot- is a must if you want to taste a really genuine italian pizza (cheap too). Overall is a good choice especially if you want to get off/on the autostrada with no waste of time

Difficult to find, even though it's on a main street. We drove past it some distance and had to ask for directions. Rooms, ambiance, and view of Mediterranean were great. Restaurant in the hotel (but operated by others) was a disappointment. Food was very ordinary.

It was fine. It was a convenient overnight stop after arriving at Genova on the ferry from Palermo - only about 20 minutes drive from the port. The room at the back of the hotel was a bit noisy on account of the nearby railway. One slight drawback was that the hotel restaurant is closed on Sundays, but we were directed by the hotel desk to a very good and jolly restaurant/pizzeria in the street beside the hotel.

We loved this hotel! We were only there for one night but really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were absolutely huge - the quad was actually 2 huge rooms with a bathroom - so was the triple. We were in the front so we could open the enormous windows and shutters and look out at the port and sea. The staff were also nice and really helpful. We would love to spend more time here and explore Genoa.

THe rooms were enormous, grand and very comfortable. We were thankful for air conditioning as it would have been very noisy otherwise. The hotel faces the promenade on the water and is on a busy street, and the back of teh hotel is very near a train track. Neither of these factors bothered us as the windows were closed with the air conditioning. We did not find the evening staff particularly helpful or friendly, but the morning staff was very nice. The breakfast was good and generous. The parking was a very helpful bonus and the location was fun and convenient to the autostrada.

Not quite the majesty of the drawing they show in their ad. Not close to much but the ocean. The staff did recommend a geneovese restaurant that was remarkable (Zefferino's downtown Genova) which Frank Sinatra use to dine at among other famous. Expensive but great fun, surroundings and staff. I would stay here again and alsom recommend.

We only had the one day to spend there so we did not really have much chance to get to know any employees. It did have parking around back which is handy for bringing in the luggage ,however the elevators are small. It is conviently located to a main road and to the beach, so any front room had an excellent view of the sea.

It would have been very difficult to find the hotel if I hadn't previously found it in Autoroute and printed out a map. As it was, at night, we drove past it without spotting it. This however is a criticism that can be made of on-line maps for most hotels - the Accor ones being a particular case in point.
My only criticism would be that the hotel restaurant was not open when we arrived at about 8pm. On the other hand, the hotel reception recommended an excellent pizzeria next door, so this was not a problem.
Otherwise, I had no complaints about the hotel. It provided an overnight stop at a reasonable price in a convenient location, with reasonably secure car parking.

This hotel was fine. Very high ceilling (14 feet) and worderfull view on the water front. I believe these rooms don't have air conditinning. It was not a problem for us since it was cool at night outside. It is like living in a palace.

We were quite disappointed with the quality of the hotel in comparison to the cost of the room. We stayed altogether 7 nights in Italy and France, regretably this was the least preferred hotel booked. The plus point was the free on-site overnight car parking

Lift needs replacing with a larger one - perhaps using area now used for telephone boxes, also wheelchair access via the front door is an area that needs looking at.
Air conditioning needs updating
Breakfasts coulds offer a little more choice - even using a slight price increase. Why not offer grapefruit for example?

Excellent hotel with helpful and friendly staff; great service, good parking. Staff provided escellent information where to go and how. Good public transportation connection to old toen and harbour of Genova. Hotel in front of coastal road, so sleeping was possible with closed windows only. On the other side of hotel nice promenade with bars, restaurants, swimming pool, beach. Only very little noise from airport! However, air conditioning worked fine. Provided map is correct, but too simple.

The only problem I had with the site was not being able to print the map with the location. I was also not provided with a number to call and had a hastle in optaining it since I am not fluent in Italian. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay..once we found it

At first I was skeptical, but in the end was pleasantly surprised.
An old structure, the rooms would definitely benefit from a renovation, especially the bathrooms. A/C would have been nice since some rooms face the busy main street. As far as room size...amazing. Secured parking, but they need a bigger sign to tell where to turn to get to it:)
Fairly decent location. However, there 's not a whole lot within walking distance that I could tell.
We stayed in many hotels throughout Italy on this trip and all in all we'd definitely consider staying here again.

A work-a-day business hotel in a somewhat run down suberb of Genoa surrounded by apartment blocks. Nothing like the impression given from the web site brochure. The staff were efficient but distant and stand-offish. Near the airport as the crow flies, but a long way round by taxi. Better to stay in the city centre. A lot of money for not very much.

we booked a triple room with sea view and bath but were initially offered a room with shower at the rear side of the hotel. After us complaining we were upgraded to a spacious room with sea view and bath for the price quoted upon reservation. The hotel is well located at a friendly sea resort just outside Genova; breakfast is good and complete; the restaurant serves good italian food

Rooms were extremely noisy. I should expect in a three star hotel at least air-conditioned rooms, which were not available.
During storage of luggage, because of late departure, items were stolen, despite supervision.
The picture and location did'nt show the location on the boulevard neither in opposite of a karaoke bar and other entertaintment

Stayed for one night only - business trip to visit Marconi. Hotel recommended by a colleague in Roma. I enjoyed my short visit, and I would certainly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the area. Restuarant excellent, and staff particularly helpful as I don't speak Italian!
