The foressen price for 3 nights was 300 EUR, but the real price was 350 EUR (including 3 breakfasts).
Perhaps it was the price for the false fire alarm 17th April 2008 and the huge groups of teenies which came each evening late, lout gosipping .

We thought room was really good value for 4 people - 2 adults and 2 children. Staff helpful, and ordered a pizza in from a local shop for us on the first night, when we arrived late. Need to be prompt if you want to take breakfast - it was cleared away on the dot of 9-30am! Didn't charge us for breakfast for children though. Great transport link into centre of Paris on the RER. Hotel a bit battered looking, but good value for money.

Nice hotel with an excellent relationship between quality and price. Transport from Gare du Nord to Hotel is very easy and quick with RER. Hotel is very close to RER station (approx. 3-5 minutes only). Surrounding area is also very clean and a lot of office buildings. Hotel can be highly recommended and is a very good address for a "one day more" stay in Paris.

Very close to the metro, close to markets and restaurants, the rooms are clean but a little bit small. Water falls outside of the shower. Service in hotel restaurant was good, servers were nice and respectful.

The rooms were a little small, but what more can you expect for 50 euro's a night. Employee's were very friendly and helpful. Even made us dinner reservations. Very clean. If I was to go back I would stay there. Thanks for a wonderful trip to paris.

The service quality of the frontoffice employees was more than poor. I would expect a little bit of friendlyness or at least politeness. But even politeness was not possible at this frontoffice: We waited about ten minutes while the employees were chatting about private stuff. CheckingIn in english was also too much to be asked for. But something I really can accept is making fun about the guests, while they are still at the desk - this is a NOGO in all the hotels I've ever been.

hotel is located very close to the train station and is very convenient. We arrived at night and the hotel surroundings looked a bit grim, but inside the hotel was fine. Our room was very spacious and clean but could have done with a lick of paint.

We use this hotel for tourism. The hotel is near the RER A station. With RER A it is possible go in Paris (15 minutes) and to go Dysneland Paris(1 hour). None attraction is near the hotel, but two PIZZERIE are present near it. During the week-end the hotel offer the possibility to park the car in the near parking at 5,00 euro (2 days) and so it is a good and cheap solution. An escalator is present to reach the reception from the street and a staircase viceversa.

This was one of the last cheap options possible because we wanted to be in Paris around New Year. The hotel is located in a business area, the hotel does not look nice or cosy, the surroundings are really dull, almost depressing, especially when the weather is gray and it rains. But the RER connection to the center is very good and fast, and I did not plan to stay at the hotel for long anyway. Altogether is was all i expected, just a very good affordable option. One thing to complain about, I wanted to use the internet terminal, and this facility is really not up to 2007 standards (even not to 2000 standards!). Its old and expensive to use.

I WENT ON AN OFFICE WORK.THE PEOPLE IN THE RECEPTION AND IN THE RESTAURANT WERE NICE.
ABOVE ALL WHEN I INFORMED ABOUT AN ERROR IN THE PAYMENT BEING CHARGED TWICE BY MISTAKE THEY RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY CORRECTING THE MISTAKE.
ONLY ONE REQUEST THAT LITTELE MORE ENGLISH SPEAKING PERSONNEL WOULD MAKE THE STAY GOOD. I WISH THEM ALL THE BEST AND MERRY CHRISTMAS.

Pretty much a no-nonsense hotel in the outskirts of Paris. It's a feasible option even if you're in Paris during the day since the connection with RER is fast; but Nanterre Prefecture at night is a little grim, and you won't want to return there during the day from sightseeing. Rooms OK and clean, nothing romantic about it at all, and you get woken up in the morning by the garbage trucks. But altogether good value.
