The hotel is quite good and the rooms are alright for the price we paid. The manager though was not very helpful or friendly. His information also wasnt very accurate nor was he willing to help in most instances. There was a guy thought in the night shift who was extremely nice and helpful.Did not get his name unfortunately.

At check in we were told - 2 different persons at different times - that breakfast was included, that we were charged 15 euro/pax for a poor breakfast. "It was a mistake of the check in secretary", they said, and this mistake was charged to us.

We had to pay the "tax de sejour" (1 euro per person per night) which wasn't mentioned in the website, plus we payed cash but they're still holding 65 euros on our credit card (we checked out over a week ago!!) I had to call and they said it's the standard procedure...!!!

Price quality is very high. Nevertheless, you have to take into account the possible noise of your neighbours. The first night I could not sleep because of a group of friends that chatted until 2.00 am. The other nights it was ok, because the other rooms were empty or quiet.

The hotel charged me extra three (3) euros as tax which was not indicated on the rate and total price advised to me via the internet. This was NOT PROPER as there should be NO hidden charges. I would want that money refunded if possible please. Thank you.

My room was very, very small. But the furniture was very nice. Even though the hotel is in the 8th district, it is not close to the Champs Elysees or rue Faubourg Saint-Honore. It was closer to Pigalle.

The quality of the hotel infrastructure and the quality of the service are good value for money. 2 constructive criticisms as follows: 1. Lift does not stop at the same level of the floor which means you have to carry your luggage up a few steps and the stairs are very narrow. 2. The hotel staff does not offer to carry your luggage to your room.

We were pleased with our stay overall. We were there for 7 days and our first room was on the smaller side and the telephone was not working. After 4 days we were able to move to a bigger room. Most of the staff spoke English.

This hotel have new refurbished rooms. All facilities included: air conditioning, tv... Although rooms are small, they are pleasant and modern with excellent bathrooms The down side is the breakfast room: you just want to rush and go. (small room in the basement)

Teeny room, their double bed is two mattresses pushed together. The shower leaks and the shower head was cracked. What was supposed to be same or next day laundry, ended up taking 4. This was a very expensive room for what you get. Though the staff was very nice, I moved out of this room to one with a much better value right down the street.

Me and my wife enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much, eventhough the room was very small. The staff at the hotell were very welcoming and seemed to be very competent in their work. The location is very good with the Metro Villier just a few minutes away and almost in sight from the hotel. If one prefers to take a walk, its just 10 - 15 minutes straight south to reach the shopping at boulevard Haussman. Regarding the room, one must say that I have seen better rooms and though the daily cleaning was satisfactory there was still some matters that was below perfection. As for one thing, the bedspread had a lot of stains an even if it seemed to have been washed at some time it certainly did not seem to have been in recent time, the same goes for the carpet on the floor. But on the other hand, you will get what you pay for and I must say that I felt this hotel was worth the price we paid for 5 nights. Their breakfast buffet was very good and even included in their roomprice, that is really nice to get a good start of the day. Would I recommend this hotel? Yes, if you do not have higher expectations than a place to sleep undisturbed, a nice breakfast buffet and staff that is very nice and helpful. For a hotel in this pricelevel I find it well worth to try if you are spending a few nights in Paris.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. One item-they would not cash a travellers cheque! Also, the room was the smallest of my life.

The hotel location is great, not far from the Champs Elysees and 5 minutes walk from 2 metro stations. The room was too small but presented all the comfort (comfortable bed, TV with selection of channels, fridge, hair dryer..). The desk personnel was not very over-friendly but correct, could be warmer, cleaning ladies very nice. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn't want to pay a lot specialy for tourists who are out all day and use the hotel just to rest and sleep.
