Competence of employees is very weak. Payment for my living take off my credit card without calculation sum for you reservation. Total payment come in more expensive, than was pointed to you webpage.

When I read the reviews from other travelers I was a little concerned. Not to worry though, the place was amazing and the service was excellent. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, including dinner reservations and recommendations around the city. We will definitely stay there again.

The Vendome was the perfect hotel for our anniversary trip to Paris. Very near shopping, the Louvre, and Les Jardin de Tuileries. Easy walking distance to Champs Elysees, Notre Dame, the Eiffel Tower and the Paris Metro.
The hotel staff were very helpful and spoke sufficient english to respond to every request despite my poor command of french.
Still, the hotel is small, a boutique, and in our mind the perfect place to step away from the typical stressors in our lives. Our room, a deluxe double on the 4th floor, was nicely furnished in jewel tone colors and included small sitting area. It was very comfortable and without any trace of cigarette smoke!
We didn't try the restaurant as there are so many great places in the surrounding area.

In a cosy atmosphere reminiscent of the other side of the channel, the bar with subdued lights, Chesterfield armchairs, mahogany walls and furniture is open for a pleasant breakfast, a five o’ clock tea, a glass of champagne or a unique cocktail created by the Chief barman, Olivier.
