We stayed two nights, July 3 & July 6, same room 101 each time. This must be the "one night" room as the furniture was unsightly and the room was used as storage for unused hotel equipment. Front desk would NOT give us an additional pillow. "Only one pillow per person" was the response. I had to use folded towels and blankets to support my bad back as a result. VERY concerned that we left luggage in a poorly secured room before room was ready. Front desk attendant actually handed me the key to unlock the door and insert / remove my own bags. The location was good to access Gare Montparnesse and RER to airport. The room key was strange and controlled electricity to the unit, BUT we were NOT told how to use it; a better check-in procedure explaining use of room key is required.

We were a family of five. The apartment was crouded but it did not matter. Receptionists are great helping out but the maids took away our plates and glasses everyday and we had to ask for them again every day. Other then that little problem - great place to take your family to, when you want a thorough visit to Paris.

- The picture on the web made it look like the property was by itself instead of being right in between a couple of buildings (not a big deal).
- The location was pretty good, and quite close to the street market.
- The room was in the back so it was fairly quiet.
- The pull-out bed was one of the worst beds that we've ever slept in, very, very uncomfortable.
- The employees that we dealt with were very nice.

Family of 5 staying in a "family room" off of the courtyard. Accomodations were good clean and the staff was delightful. AC was really nice. Breakfast is available (not included in rate) at 10E and was bread, jam, yougert and juice...served on nice china...no variation from day to day. Location is near 3 metro stations and a wonderful park and cemetary. There are 3 properties with the same name--two on the same street. We went to the wrong hotel at first. Very satisfied with the stay. Only negative is that the reception and breakfast areas are smoking.

Lovely location, perfect to tour the city from but the was missing the fine touches such as remotes that worked for the TV's, swept common area outside, dead plants in planters, shower leakage...it was lovely but I found it sad that it was not fine tuned to match the price. With very little effort it could be excellent. I would and have already recommended it to others and I would stay there again.

The price was pretty good for a 'nice' hotel in Paris, but they charged us a tax on top of the "inclusive" amount when we were checking out. Another rip-off is that the website says there is a kitchen but you have to pay 25 euros a day to use it! Some of the front desk people were very inefficient and seemed unprofessional. It didn't really feel like a four-star hotel. There isn't even a free facility for making coffee/tea in the room. But we still thought it was a very good deal for Paris.

I booked the accommodation about 6 weeks prior to our visit to Paris but was somewhat sceptical due to reviews by others. On arrival we were greeted to a new, clean entrance and lobby areas. When taken to our room (appartment for 4) (which is located in a courtyard to the rear of the hotel we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the room and facilities. We asked that the locked cupboard which contained a small modern compact kitchen be opened - which the staff did immediately. We only need to purchase a small frypan and were able to use the kitchen facilities for all meals which was a considerable saving on our stay of 6 days in Paris. We paid only the price quoted to us on our internet booking plus an extra 1 euro per person per day bed tax. All in all we could recommend this facility (well the apartments to the rear) to anyone but the increase in prices for the rooms will probably make them unaffordable in the future.

We booked two triple rooms with kitchen but only three of us found the desired room; for one night the other group's members were splitted in two double rooms. The spaciousness of rooms is poor and the wardrobe is near nonexistent. Beside this small inconvenience the stay was really beautiful in the heart of Montparnasse in a building of taste recentely refurnished. To come back again.

There was major reconstruction of the public areas of the hotel ongoing...so there was no public place to be in during the day. The staff was not very helpful. We had a kitchenette, however there were not enough utensils present to cook anything. There was a lovely cobbled courtyard, but nothing to sit on in it. Everyting was crammed in the room, no chairs to sit on, you had to sit on the bed. this was in the family room.

when I send my reservation, I also asked some questions about price and others (tax included?, towels? and so on, but I never received answers. I thought to reserve an apartments (kitchen included!) for 5 persons but I received only a single room, accomodation at which I was not prepared.

The pictures provided on the internet did not match the actual room at all. Not to mention that we booked a duplex room and received a single room with a fold out sofa bed. The concierge was extremely unhelpful in regards to requests made such as Maps, Ion, and Room size. Unfortunately, we found our stay in the hotel was not what we expected or paid for.

I have not seen any 4 stars classification at the entrance of the hotel, and in actual fact the hotel is just a 3 stars hotel with poor service and facility. Suite seems to be really new, but the quality of work is very poor. Good climate control. I had no right to use the kitchenette even if it was written on their site, that use is included in room price. We have found dirty and smelly dishes in it at the moment of our check in, and kindly asked to tidy up the kitchenette: no result (in 6 days!!!).

The Facilities are excellent and very clean, because we were in the apartmants, which were almost more townhouse than room, space wasn't an issue. The only negative comment is that we we're unaware that there was an additional charge (50 euros/day) for the use of the kitchen, but the staff made up for this in other perks. We would recommend this hotel.

We booked this hotel with the understanding that it was a triple duplex apartment. When we arrived to book in the first thing that struck me was, "Is this our room". Being the kind of people we are of course we didnt complain, mainly because the guy at reception was so nice and helpful. To get to our room we had to walk through the "breakfast room(tiny)" and out a little door into a kind of courtyard. When we stepped out the door we realised that we were standing on a wooden ramp that was very wobbly. Once out the door the 3 of us looked back to see the builders were in. The smell of paint was horrible .We said good morning to them and they seemed nice, not the dirty old men they looked like at first. We then made our way into our room which was through a door and up one flight of stairs. We couldnt wait to see our "duplex" apartment with kitchenette. The only thing was our key said room 202 and room 202 had only one bed and one large room and a bathroom. It was completely different to the pictures. The decor was nicer but where was our kitchenette? Our 3 single beds? Our balcony which was promised with every room? We even looked behind wardrobe doors thinking that was the entrance into our kitchen and the other beds. Finally we came to the conclusion that it would have to do. We found another bed in the couch and 2 of us had to make do sharing the other double bed. Our nap was interrupted by the builders a few times. It was so hot and sticky in the room but we couldnt open the windows which would bring in the noise. So we decided we would just go out. Getting ready in the bathroom was the highlight of our stay in this room. The water pressure was the best and strongest ive ever had and it was very tasteful, wall to wall marble like tiles. it was very luxurious for such a small hotel. We headed out and explored Montparnasse, which is where the hotel is, not st Germain exactly. It was a lovely area. The plus side is that the metro station at montparnasse is one of th

good facilitys let down by poor service and the lack of cooking utencils makes having a kitchen a bit pointless, to which the staff simply said you have to supply your own.
Very poor for a supposedly 4star hotel??
plenty of facilitys close by which was nice, lovely restaurants and metro was easily accessible. One final thing is that it is best to pay for your stay in cash as they charged me twice in the same day and then didnt bother to return the correct moneys to me? not bad for 4star !!!

When I arrived they told me I had to go and stay at another hotel 300 mtrs away. This hotel was OK but I've noticed that there is a similar comment in a review about this hotel. So my advice is not to book this hotel!!!!

A nice hotel with a good location in Montparnass. The Metro station is very close and there is a wide variety of bus routes to choose from. It worked for a family of four and would be perfect for a couple.
