We stayed here for 3 night. The hotel is correct, and the staff is very helpful. We had a car but it stayed in the parking lot for the whole stay. Buses to Palermo or Monreale are much more convenient. I can't tell about the hotel restaurant, but the pizzeria "Il Canneto" (2 minutes walk from the hotel) is great.

A very pleasant property with pretty architecture and nice rooms. We had dinner there in a fine restaurant for two nights as the property is a bit off the beaten track and can be tricky to find especially the first time or at night.

It was very difficult to find the hotel. It took us an hour! Since it's a very low season, the hotel was understaffed. You may wait a bit at a reception if she/he was on phone (only one person), otherwise the people were wonderful and helpful. Highly recommend if you have your own car (public transportation to Palermo is not available and the one hotel provides is way too expensive)

I would like first of all to give you all my compliments for the quality of your website. Accurate and just simply efficient with your responses. Regarding the hotel, having a view at the "baglio" of the hotel, I knew it was going to be great. No disappointement !!! The atmosphere of the baglio, the extrem kindness of the personnal, the good food. I just missed sometimes a swimming pool.

Staff was very friendly, particularly the wait staff in the restaurant. The hotel could use with more facilities as well as a more reliable shuttle service or a rental cars/ mopeds service. Getting to/from the hotel was extortionately expensive. You could do well to hire cars out. Also, if you had a pool, etc. that would make for a nice break from the heat. As a word of advice, when there is a "do not disturb" sign on the door, it should indicate to the maids, "Do not Disturb".

Surroundings is fantastic. There are nice courtyard and public spaces. Also their croissants for breakfast are so delicious. But unfortunately that location was inconvenience.(Monteale is close) If you rent a car,it will be nice.(no transportation on weekend except taxies)So you may have dinner at the hotel. I don't recommend the restaurant. You should go to a pizza restaurant near the hotel. That was incredible.
