Sehr schönes Hotel mit geraeumigen und komfortablen Zimmern. Sehr netter Empfang. Hotel ist vom Flughafen Palermo aus sehr leicht zu finden, Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Das Holiday Inn ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!!!

Only used it as an overnight stop prior to flying out. Can't comment on location. Standard Holiday Inn type room. Restaurant and breakfast not as good as could have been.

Fine hotel, unfortunately they close the bar too early, so when you arrive late, like me at 23.00 hours, there is no chance of having a drink and a talk with someone...

Hotel conforme agli standard della catena, ottimo per ampiezza e pulizia delle camere. Staff professionale e cordiale. I soli punti negativi sono il parcheggio riservato piuttosto piccolo e la distanza dal centro di Palermo (se non si è in auto); inoltre la mappa sul sito non è molto chiara.
Sicuramente da consigliare.

My rating is lower because we forgot a 'down' pillow there and the managers did nothing to try to get the maids to return it to us - I intend to write Holiday Inn corporate. Other than that - it was a nice hotel, good location, etc.

The staff doesn´t speak any English (Italian only) even it´s an international hotel chain...
The instructions on the web on how to get to the hotel are very poor and it takes a long time to find out the way since the hotel is very far from the center.

Hotel staff at reception were very rude and unhelpful for both our stays. On arrival we were given a twin room instead of a double (as we asked for on the website) and they were reluctant to change the rooms, although finally they did. Very standard accomodation, good for passing through. We were not given our passports back on leaving and had to return from the airport to get them.
