    staff here are great and very helpful. the hotel was just out of season so no chance to test the restaurant but suspect its fine. would recommend it to all

    Great place. Restaurant was surprisingly good with wonderful terrace and water view. Hotel staff was incredibly helpful. I only marked them down on public areas and hotel surroundings because they were doing a lot of landscape work on the property so there was a little be of work-related equipment around. Once the work is done it will be even better. All in all great quality for the price. Would go again no doubt!

    Only 'bad' point goes to the breakfast that offers limited choice. Otherwise, the view from the room is wonderfull, and the employees are charming.

    HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL
    By car
    From Trieste, go to Rieka and follow the indications to Seng and Brisna. Take the ferry to Pag island. From the ferry stop, continue in direction of Pag for 20 km, following the hotel signs.
    From Ancona, take the ferry to Zadar and follow the indications to Pag for 50 km, and then to the hotel.
    From Germany and Austria, take the highway in direction of Zagreb, following the indications to Zadar and then to Pag.

    By train
    Zadar railway station is 50 km from the hotel. Contact the hotel for a private transfer or take the bus to Pag.

    By airplane
    Zadar airport is 50 km from the hotel. Contact the hotel for a private transfer or take the bus to Pag.

    METHODS OF PAYMENT
    Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
     
    CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
    Check-in:     the rooms are available from 1 p.m. It is necessary to arrive not later than 6 p.m. Later arrivals are to be communicated.
    Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 11 a.m.

    Shuttle service is not included and costs €50,00 per transfer.

    CANCELLATION POLICY
    In case of cancellation after the given date we will charge the client for 50% of the total amount.
    You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 10 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
