this was our first time visting oslo and we needed to book a hotel at last minute for 2 nights as another hotel we had booked didnt work out. we were pleased because this hotel was lovely, very central and the reception staff were very helpful. the food was gorgeous and the evening meal provided was very handy because we were on a budget! overall we were very pleased that we chose to stay in this hotel.

Location is great, but my room was dark, damp and depressing. Found long blond hair clinging to coloful cusions on the bed, more attention should be paid on cleaning the rooms. Only one personnel at the reception desk, who was constantly talking on the phone with a headset and paid little attention to customers who needed information. Probably will look for another place to stay on my next visit to Oslo.
