A true discovery. I ws just looking for a room for a 3 nights close to the disney park and we discovered a "town house" with all the facilities including 3 bedrooms with dedicate attached bathroom. Many, many more than expected for a good price. The swimming pool is really great and you have small restaurant and mall less than 1 mile away. Just two small details. Take care of your belongings at the swimming pool (our floaters disappeared for an unknow reason) and don't too much take care of the welcome (seems that my english was not good enough, or the fact to be a foreigner was a disadvantage). You should expect 25 minutes ride to reach disney at least and take care of cheap "tickets" sold at the hotel swimming pool entrance which involve the requirement to participate to a 2hours estate tour.

HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL

By car
From I-4 West-Tampa Area:
Exit at Hwy 27 North. Take Hwy 27 North to Sand Mine Road and turn left on Sand Mine Road. The entrance to the resort is located on the right.

From Orlando Sanford Airport:
Follow signs to I-4 West and continue to Disney area (approximately 30 miles/48 km). Exit at Hwy 192 West and travel 9 miles (14.4 km) to Hwy 27. Take Hwy 27 South to Sand Mine Road. Turn right on Sand Mine Road, the entrance to the resort is located on the right.

From Orlando International Airport:
Take 528 West (Beachline Expressway) for approximately 8 miles (12.8 km) to I-4. Take I-4 West and proceed for 8 miles (12.8 km) to Hwy 192 West. Continue to Hwy 27 and take Hwy 27 South until you reach Sand Mine Road. Turn right onto Sand Mine Road, the entrance to the resort is located on the right.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.

Check-in: the rooms are available at any time after 4 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 10 a.m.

A resort fee of $10.00 per unit per night plus 12% tax is included in the room rate and covers the following: parking, free copy of the Daily Mail (available at the Clubhouse), daily scheduled shuttle service to Walt Disney World®, incoming faxes, use of in-room safe, health club access (fitness center), children's playground and swimming pavilion (including pool towels).
Pets are allowed in Private Pool Homes against and extra charge; full details on request.
A one-time departure cleaning fee of $59.00 plus 12% tax for Town Homes and $79.00 plus 12% tax for Private Pool Homes will be collected prior to arrival, or at the time of check-in.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposit of $200.00, one-time cleaning fee $49.00+12% is required at time of booking. No shows and late cancellations will be charged 1 night room+tax. Remaining balance due 14 days prior to arrival. Full payment is required for bookings less than $200.00, or made within 14 days of arrival. Same credit card provided for deposit must be presented upon check-in. You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 3 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page.
