Take the Florida Turnpike and go north. Exit at the Yee Haw Junction and follow Highway 60 West. At the intersection with the U.S. Highway 27, turn right (north) to the intersection with Interstate 4. The Best Western Maingate South hotel is on the left.

From the East:
Take Interstate 4 West to U.S. Highway 27, get off at Exit 55 and turn right. Go over the bridge. The hotel is on the right.

From the West:
Take Interstate 4 West to U.S. Highway 27, get off at Exit 55 and turn right. The hotel is straight straight ahead, on the south west Frontage Road.

By airplane
From the Orlando International Airport:
