The magnificent village of Dajla is situated on the western coast of Istria county, Croatia between Umag and Novigrad. Now it's a famous tourist destination among people looking for unpolluted nature.
Rocky beach witch a crystal clear water, wide fields, vineyards and forests surrounding the hotel and make it the perfect accommodation choice for a delightful and relaxing holiday.
The family-run Sveti Benedikt Hotel offers 8 comfortable rooms and 7 hotel apartments with air-conditioning. The hotel is just a few steps from the beach, and features a unique Mediterranean garden with a swimming pool, creating a nice relaxing atmosphere.
The hotel restaurant serves a healthy Mediterranean food, Istrian and Croatian specialities. Fresh fishes, sea food, meat and vegetarian food as well as finest home made deserts are daily on the menu, with a domestic wine offer of owners’ biological production.
Hotel has also a small wellness centre with sauna, whirlpool, fitness and massage programs (wit an expert chiropractic team).

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Sveti Benedikt. We had a little trouble finding the hotel, but were pleasantly surprised when we did. The family who run the hotel are very nice and helpful. We changed to a sea view room with no problems. We even took our small dog, who was welcomed with open arms. The rock beach was different, but beautiful and we enjoyed our ventures into the nearby town of Novigrad. This is a good place to go if you're trying to relax and get away. It is a very quaint little village. The breakfasts, which came with the room, were really good. Great American style coffee! The price was really reasonable and though the room was small (by American standards) it was comfortable and the balcony was nice. The gardens surrounding the hotel are beautiful. Keep in mind it is not on the beach, though it does have sea views. The easy walk to the beach was always interesting and lent itself to some great photos. We had excellent meals in the town of Novigrad and enjoyed walking around the old city walls. Great view of the setting sun! The best part of our weekend trip to Sveti Benedikt was the off-road go carting. Hang a right when leaving the hotel and you'll see signs for the go cart place a few kilometers away. It's on the right. Lots of fun and worth the price.
