CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservation will be confirmed with a deposit of 30% charged on your credit card. Cancellation policy The hotel will withhold amount of the deposit in the event that notice cancellation is given within less than 4 weeks before the foreseen date of arrival. The hotel is entitled to compensation amounting to the number of nights reserved.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
