The hotel is very well located, in the centre of town. The staff is very willing to help but rooms are too small.I reserved a double deluxe, it was quite nice a little noisy and too small.Probably, a more expensive room should be better.

Very disappointed by the cleanliness and size of the rooms. The hotel looks nice only on the pictures ! I found it expensive for the quality provided. Nice public areas and bar however.

Buona location ma molte note negative: personale con atteggiamento indifferente, camera da 2/3 stelle, bagno rattoppato, camera rumorosa ed infissi non isolanti,parcheggio non disponibile (quello a pagamento è un parcheggio comune, non convenzionato). In generale le foto dell'albergo non corrispondono alla realtà.

Ok location, 4 blocks to city center. Air conditioner barely worked, but we did find out at another hotel to ask them to clean the filter. Rooms are very small and we were even upgraded.

HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL

By car
From Cannes by highway A8: exit at Nice Promenade des Anglais (exit 50) and follow the seaside road. At Place Massena square, continue straight on, then take the 1st street on the left, Rue Alberti. The hotel is located at the end of this street, on your right hand side.
From Italy by highway A8: exit at Nice Est, then follow signs to Palais des Congrès Acropolis. Turn right on Boulevard Carabacel, then take the 5th road on the left (Boulevard du Bouchage).

By train
From Nice railway station, take Avenue Jean Médecin, and turn into Boulevard Dubouchage.

By airplane
From Nice-Côte d'Azur airport there is a bus available to the city centre, not far from the hotel.
