remove your 3 star rating ...you wont even touch that at first place.very serious cleaning of tiles in the bathroom is needed.try to allot the same room as mentioned not a family room .would be better if you keep filling vending machine.or add more of such kind. you should know its in a remote condition should provide guests with minimum facitlities .very disappointed would never turn back to the dirtest hotel which i have ever been

I have been staying and working in hotels for 22 years and i can say that I have never had a stay like this. The room is dirty and the bed sheets had to be romoved before I could get in it. The cover had stains on it on had not seen an iron before. The food was no better.
I think you know where my comments are going so I am not going to go on, just to say that I would never stay at this hotel or any other within this chain

everything in the hotel was fine and adequate for my stay, the only problem we had was the heating/airconditioning had broke so it was cold in the bar area unless you got the seat next to the fan heater, but this cant be helped i suppose.
